Great and safe community, wonderful management. convenient location, close to grocery stores and other outlets. Also, very convenient for my kids with school and travel. My experience at The Farmstead apartment was incredibly disappointing. The management is exceptionally unprofessional, and parking is consistently problematic. When my car was vandalized by a vehicle that had been parked next to mine for a week, the management failed to address the issue. They didn’t take any steps to investigate or identify the owner of the offending vehicle, leaving me with a $500 repair bill. Additionally, the hallways are constantly dirty, despite charging a trash fee that’s supposed to cover garbage pickup. Instead, this fee only seems to make the hallways smell worse. The disregard for tenant concerns and overall negligence make this place a regrettable choice. Avoid The Farmstead if you value proper management and cleanliness.
