The Falstaff

As a current resident who lives on the 3rd of 4 floors- I am honestly extremely disappointed in how much the noise travels. I can tell you at any given moment where my upstairs neighbor is in their apartment. I can hear when they are actively using the toilet, whether I am in the bathroom or in the bedroom. For the first 2 months I thought this was specific to my neighbor, but when I discovered the unfortunate reality of being able to hear them using the bathroom, I believe this is related to the building itself. If I could go back- I would've chosen to live on the 4th floor, or chosen somewhere else to live entirely. Working from home/sleeping before my upstairs neighbor does is not possible because the noise. The staff is very kind, but this single handedly has made me wish I didn't decide on the apartment I am living in. A brand new "luxury" building should not have these kinds of noise problems.

I love it here, it’s very peaceful, the amenities are amazing, the staff is amazing and I would tell anyone to live here. I wouldn’t ever leave

I love the set up of the living room and kitchen. It is super spacious to have my home office, huge couch, and a nice dining room table near the kitchen. I've been here for a bit and it feels like home.

I’ve had a really great experience living here so far! The grounds are always clean and well-maintained, which makes the whole community feel really welcoming. The parking garage is a huge plus. It’s convenient and feels secure. It’s also a very safe community overall, which I really appreciate. If you're someone who enjoys walking, the paved sidewalks are perfect for a morning stroll or evening walk. The location is super convenient too, you're only about 7 minutes from downtown and it’s really easy to hop on the highway for commuting to work or getting around the city. Inside the apartment, there's plenty of storage (which is such a lifesaver), and I love how much natural sunlight comes through during the day. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and maintenance is consistently around and quick to assist if anything comes up (special shoutout to Sam and Matt). Honestly, I have no complaints; it’s been a great place to live.

An awesome place to be 24/7 all 12 months of the year. Nothing less than the best comfort and the perfect environment for all demographics. Couldn’t ask for anything else.

So far everyone has been very friendly and I have very much enjoyed my experience. The facility is clean and well cared for. It's quiet and peaceful.

The apartment itself is really nice! I do wish it was in more of a walkable neighborhood and there was more parking available in the parking deck. The sulfur water smell is terrible.

Still noisy at night, but overall good. Easy to get to work at its 15 minutes away. Wish I had people to hang out with though, it would be nice to gain some friends here.

I’ve personally had a good experience living here for the past year .. (I have renewed) the only issue I have is the very thing that caught my attn being the court yard, and grills access is still not complete, and we don’t know when it will be complete .. especially for the summer. Going into Year 2 and the PIctures of what it will look like, is great. I just wish I had more

I absolutely love this place!! I renewed my lease about a month ago. I love the staff and amenities while not being over priced! I just wish there was something I could do about this wasp nest in my balcony so I could sit outside.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and have really enjoyed it. The complex is well-maintained with great amenities like the gym and pool, and they’re even adding a courtyard. The office staff is friendly, and maintenance is responsive and professional. No complaints—it’s been a solid place to call home.??????

I love everything about it here. I can say the people upstairs are somewhat noisy. The move in experience was quick and fast. Everyone was patient with us as we had some troubles. But so for a great environment.

Absolutely pleasant and hassle free application process! Samantha and her team in the leasing office did a fantastic job. They made our move a priority. We love our unit and are extremely happy to call the Falstaff home!

The closeness to college (Wake Tech), where I just received my acceptance letter, the surroundings (wooded area), amenities, and security of the apartment are outstanding!

Great staff in leasing office. Made moving in a pleasant experience. Apartment met all expectations and amenities are great. Easy access to parking garage as well.

Great location to downtown Raleigh, rite next to the hospital for emergency , the only apartment complex in the area(privacy) on a clear day you can see the high rise buildings from North Hill

Overall a good experience. Management addresses any concerns I have. I do wish housekeeping would come again for the hallways and stairs though.

Easy to apply and get feedback from the leasing office. Super courteous and always available. Gives excellent tours and are very accommodating.

Yes a 10 I’m happy here and would recommend to Friends and family the building is very quiet clean and the managers are always nice and answer all my calls emails in a timely manner

The property is nice and so are the staff. There’s been a couple issues with the police being here constantly, but I’ve never heard any commotion to match it.

The unit is safe and amenities are a top notch. I don’t have any problem with the neighbors, everybody follow it’s rules. I can relax at home with nothing to worry about. It’s always clean outside that makes it more relaxing.

I absolutely love being a tenant at this property. The leasing staff and maintenance staff are always pleasant and professional. The events are fun and engaging. The property is clean inside as well as on the outside grounds. Maintenance concerns are addressed right away. No complaints!

I like it, for the most it’s nice quiet and peaceful. Haven’t met anyone that lives on my floor yet, if anyone does.Hopefully I meet some cool peeps soon

I absolutely love the staff and my apartment. I only wish they would take the trash everyday but that’s just me being lazy lol. I can definitely see myself staying here for a while.

I have enjoyed my time here at The Falstaff. The staffs are all super friendly. We recently had an resident event which I enjoyed very much.

Thank you to Sam for making sure my moving was smooth and understand everything before I move in. Also the best commu ity ever, I worked at night and when I come in need a good sleep, you barely heard noise and very clean community.

Easy and quick move-in. Kathryn and Samantha are both very knowledgeable and effective at their respective jobs. Maintenance is prompt. The premises are clean.

elevators have been getting dirty. The cleanliness of the building isn’t the same anymore. Staff is nice but overall property has been let go.

Great so far no issues couple f things but it was taken care of right away. overnight maintnance is great I called and I was serviced right away

Very quiet community. Parking garage is a big plus to quality of living! The staff is super nice and helpful, the mail room is also a great resource to retrieve any mail & packages.

All the staff are great and the prices are good for the quality of the apartments and amenities. I’ve been living here for almost 4 months and I haven’t had an issue at all.
