Nestled on Baltimore's north side, Poplar Hill is one of the city's most charming neighborhoods. Property Ratings at The Falls at Roland Park
I rented a studio several years ago. I started getting sick all the time. Turns out there was mold in my air unit. There was also mold in the gym, lobby and storage areas on the bottom floor. I sued.
Do not move here unless you want to live without air conditioning!!! Heat and air Are controlled by management
I moved in about 4 months ago, and this is the absolute WORST place I’ve ever lived in my adult life! I initially chose this place due to the large square footage of the 2 bedroom. Biggest mistake I could’ve made. Let’s begin with the mice infestation. I have found two mice in my home over the past week. I called the office and they told me not only did they not have any traps they could provide, but that pest control only comes on Tuesdays. That meant I would have to wait a week before they addressed the issue. Then there’s the shared heat/air. The unit breaks down every other week, often leaving us with hot apartments for days at a time. Yet and still, my portion of the shared electricity bill is always at the maximum amount they can charge me. Then, there’s the constant smell of marijuana coming through my bathroom vents all day and night. The supposed remodeling of the interior has all but stalled out, and they only have 2 maintenance workers(one of which is lazy as can be) for all 200+ units. People that live here through multiple leases have clearly given up on life! I am counting the months until I can move out of this hellhole!
Absolutely terrible. Smells like dog urine. Mice in the apartment. High utility bills. Management doesn’t communicate about anything. Currently don’t have heat or hot water.
Staff was awesome and friendly, apartment is beautiful! We love it here.
