Property Ratings at The Falgrove
I have lived in various cities and currently in Omaha. With Falgrove there is something unique. The leasing office folks are approachable especially Jon. the other thing that I have notices the the Maintenance guys whoa re timely and quick in case there is an issue with anything in the apartment. John from maintenance has resolved an issue with the HVAC system as it wasn't working and it was 95 degrees out. I really appreciate all his efforts. thanks someone from building 5325
I have lived in many states till now. But this was the worst experience I have. The management is totally careless. They have handed us a flat, which didn't had a proper inspection. The AC unit didn't work for more than 3 months after our move-in. There was a big hole in the wall for a couple of weeks. Even after a lot of complaints, there was absolute 0 response from the management.
Me and my girlfriend just recently moved here, about a month ago. The staff have treated us really well and it’s in a very nice area. Not too expensive, and the maintenance is on top of things.
If you have a choice on where you live. DO NOT choose The Falgrove. It seems nice from the photos and website — because they want you to believe that. I live in a third floor apartment and have woken up it raining inside my apartment and my hall/dining area being flooded from a leaking ceiling not once, not twice but FIVE times. Five times I have woken up to rain inside my apartment, my couch drenched and 7x7 foot amount of water surrounding the ground. Each time I called maintenance and they said they'd get roofers to fix the issue. These five times were over a month time-frame. They still have yet to get it fixed. The leasing office also lost my key to give maintenance (when they need to enter for word orders) and made me purchase a new key for them and wouldn't even reimburse me. They are extremely unprofessional and do not make sure that when they contract people that the job gets done. I was told by several maintenance techs that these apartments are sub-par standards. That nearly all the roofing on all the buildings need to be redone because they weren't done properly to begin with. I asked to be let go from my lease because flooding my apartment more than one time (when I was told the job was done, multiple times) is completely inexcusable and unacceptable. So please look deeper into living in this complex as it seems to be no one here really does their job correctly. PS - i'd give no stars if I could.
