Property Ratings at The Fairways
Look out for lots and lots of big dogs without leases and look out for poop everywhere. Lots of noise and I don't feel safe here, lots of crime in the area. Staff is nice but when you bring up issues they are offensive. Only one garbage bump so people in the back end up putting the garage bags on their hood of their vehicle to take to the front, in my opinion they're should be a dumpster in the back as well. Even though they're are speed bumps, no speed signs are listed so look out for people in a hurry.

The Fairways staff has continuously exceeded my expectations. The apartments are a little older but I?ve never lived at an apartment where management genuinely cares about their residents. They go out of their way to make sure you?re comfortable. If I ever have a problem it is fixed the next day and sometimes even with a follow up email. The residents are quiet and the grounds are also very well kept despite dogs on property.

The Fairways is quiet. The maintenance crew is quick, polite and extremely thorough. Orders are taken care of immediately.
Love living here. Very quiet and nice neighbors. The management staff is extremely knowledgeable and very nice.

It has a friendly environment. Convient to shops and pet friendly. The office staff is kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The maintenance crew are speedy and efficient. The grounds ae kept clean and the apartments are spacioous.
Being a member of The Fairways community has been a wonderful experience. The office staff is nothing short of wonderful! The maintenance staff is always attentive to not only my needs, but others! The grounds are always free of trash and debris and just looks cleaner than any other property you'll find in the area. This is a wonderful place to live!
Mostly quiet, no major problems.
Extremely quiet. Work orders are done usually same day and do not judge you based on what issues you may have.
It very quiet. The only issue I have is the water bill. It keeps going up every month. I know that it is a collection of everybody in my building, but we had people move out and it's still went up.
I really enjoyed living here. A few pointers: *The rent is low, but with charges like mandatory cable, trash, water, etc., we were paying over $100 extra, not including internet or power. *The neighborhood is very quiet. The only issue we had with noise is our upstairs neighbor's floors creaked. This is only to be expected though. *They only give you a 3 day grace period for rent. The late fee is rather high ($150 if I remember correctly). *Maintenance is fantastic. Any problems we had were resolved quickly and efficiently. *The apartments have a really nice aesthetic. *I always felt really safe, especially since there's a police station really close. *If certain situations hadn't changed, I would be renewing my lease here. The office staff are extremely competent and friendly. *It did get kind of buggy, but they have pest control come out every week.

I've been living at The Fairways for almost a year now. My first visit to The Fairways was in 2007 when my friend lived here; it's still the nice, quiet, and safe complex it was at the time. When I moved back to Columbia and needed a home The Fairways was my first thought. I drove through the complex, did my research, and met with Lisa in the leasing office. I'm really impressed with all the staff, they try to stay in touch with residents by offering many events such as breakfast, taco night, pizza night, etc. I've had very few issues in my apartment, but whenever I put in a work order everything is taken care of fast and efficiently by their maintenance staff. Due to the Army, I spent many years moving around and The Fairways is by far the best apartment complex experience!
Look like a great place. The website is very good at covering all the big questions that really matter. Its almost like being at the place yourself. The best part is that all the numbers for the apartments actually work! LOL. So one is able to talk to someone instead of getting a voicemail.
