Impossible to get a hold of, waited a week to get my AC fixed and never heard from anyone, eventually put in a new request. Every time I call or email I never get a reply. I haven’t lived here a year yet and am on the 3rd time of my AC going out.

I love living at Valle vista. Its my second time living here. The management office is alway willing to help me out with whatever concerns I may have. During the pandemic they were understanding I never really hassle me for my rent. I appreciate that during the hard times we had to endure.

The leasing office staff have been so helpful, supportive, and understanding ever since before we moved in. The apartment complex looks really nice, and I really enjoy the community facilities like the laundry room, and the pool once its warm enough to swim! We have no complaints :)

Park Madison is a great area with many different options located within walking distance. Could not ask for a better location.

We have lived here going on eight years. We love our big patio that overlooks the golf course. We are very happy living here. All of the things that they have been doing we appreciate. New fences, new roof, carports and the new doors they have installed in each building. It has made the apts look so much better.

Valley Vista can be a nice place to live, but there are some issues with the staff and problems with them forgetting when people moving. They did not remember my move-in date and when I went to go look at my apartment it was disgusting floors were dirty holes in the walls they never even fixed it and she said that she forgot I was supposed to move in that day her name is Maria. They eventually fixed it after begging them that I needed to move in that day and they gave me a better apartment but they need to be more better on communicating with each other. They also need to be more better on answering their phone I get that they are busy yet sometimes but every time I call they barely answer. And also I have a neighbor That has been complained on multiple times he is up to the crack of dawn screaming throwing stuff and hitting the walls and you can hear him from my apartment and he lives downstairs something needs to be done about him. I also think that my hallway needs to be cleaned it is very dirty and it has a very bad odor other than that Valle Vista seems to be a good place to live

I absolutely love living in Valle Vista. The grounds are kept clean. Everyone is do nice. And love my spacious apartment.
I have lived here for 5 years and hardly had a problem but it was address quickly and resolved when I did. Quiet an cozy place to live.

You get what you pay for. Staff is nice. Maintenance could be improved.
Beautiful apartments and spacious living accommodations. Maintenance is very efficient, takes care of you with haste! Safe and quiet neighborhood for my daughter and wife, convenient location as well! Would recommend
Valle Vista is a great place to live. They are close to greenwood and to the highway so it doesnt take long to get places. The office staff is super helpful and will always be there to help you. I also love that cable and the trash service is included in the rent price.
Ive lived in this community for 2 1/2 years now. The facility is always well-maintained and any issues that Ive ever had were rectified in a timely manner. Im completely satisfied and Im happy to live at this facility. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family. Or anyone who is looking for an outstanding place to live. Its close to everything. Highways and shopping centers.

I think being a 35 year resident that has never been late on a Rent payment till Pandemic hit pretty much says it all! They usually use my apartment to show corporate. Im pretty sure Ive never made any demands and fix everything I can without calling maintenance!
Great place to live. Quiet and peaceful. Well maintained and if you need maintenance. They are very quick to respond!! All around great place to live!!

Love my apartment. The staff is great everything went smoothly
So far i have loved living here. The back location is facing the golf course with beautiful views of the pond, ducks and dog walkers. Wonderful place to take walks or walk your dog.
My first apartment in years! It was newly renovated. The staff has been easy to reach and help explain any concerns I had! The complex is very pretty. They have been upgrading a lot of things around the complex. Overall, great place!
I have lived here for 12 years because its close to work, to shopping, the park, and Church. The rent is fair for the area, cable is the only add on in the rent package I agree with lol I mean who else offers that? no one. Its good place to call home.

BEWARE. Management is a nightmare to deal with. DON'T live here.
Whenever we have had any issue, maintenance has responded within 24 hours and has fixed the problem to our satisfaction.

Park Madison is a good place to live for the price in this area. Floor plan and roominess is pretty nice, and it is amazing how quiet the walls are. I've never heard my loud college neighbors unless they're standing in the hallway outside of our door.
I have lived here for 8 years....Maintenance has been great fixing any issues I have had....Staff here have been very nice with any issues I have had...
Affordable and great location. However, neighbors smoke stinks up the halls and lingers into the apartment. Managements response was You cant choose your neighbors. Squirrels have finally managed to dig through my bedroom wall after the multiple service requests sent over 8 months.
Valle Vista is definitely a good community to make your home. I love my place and i will definitely recommend residency here.

Valle Vista is a clean, well-maintained apartment complex. The location is convenient to local amenities, the interstate, local parks and downtown Indianapolis.
I emailed the office staff regarding our 2 issues and they responded that same day. The work was completed and a report issued to us the next day. I really appreciate their prompt attention and report of the work completed.
Great place to live!
We love how quiet it is here. We are close to everything we need, but we don't hear traffic noise. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen has an impressive amount of cabinet space. The staff has always been friendly to us.
