Beautiful grounds! Trees are gorgeous and shrubs kept cut and clean! Any maintenance issue was taken care of immediately Kayla in the office is just a joy! I feel safe with the staff that lives on site and all the employees here are kind and courteous! I'm a single mother with a 14-year-old I feel safe leaving him to go out ~>security 24 hours! This is just a great place to live close to everything and I mean EVERYTHING!!

Would recommend for the location. But for safety I would recommend more lighting and surveillance cameras. In the night we experienced our car being open and things stolen. Different times.
The relationship the leasing staff provide have been phenomenal to the needs I required, and I'm definitely grateful for that :) so I would recommend this complex easily to someone in need of an apartment
The location is great, the rent is reasonable for the area, the complex is well maintained. So far it's been a very positive experience
I have not had that many problems since living here but each time my requests have been taken care of very quickly and always to my satisfaction.
Clean, convenient, great location and I have had very good response anytime I have had a problem.
It's a great place but the sewage fee is extremely high.
My experience has always been the best. David is always helpful and I have never had any issue in the 10 years that I have been here
My husband, puppy, and I have had a wonderful experience at Windrush apts! We are moving but if we were to stay in Knoxville, we would stay here! The prices are wonderful, the staff is friendly, and overall, it is a quiet and peaceful place to live. We live on the second floor and the view from the balcony is refreshing and just feels a little bit "above it all" from the world when you get off work. Definitely recommend it!
I have lived here for two years, when ever I have a problem or a concern I call down to the office and ask for Tammy and if its not done that day it will be done by quitting time the next. Dave the maintenance man is very helpful and friendly. If you have a concern and she can not answer it right then she will find out for you and call you back. I have moved twice in two years and have not had any problems with Tammy or anyone from the main office. I would recommend this apartment complex to any family or friends.
I have lived in this complex for 8 years. In general it's been a good experience. A lot of it depends on who my upstairs neighbors have been. I've had some that were very quiet and others that were extremely loud which made life difficult-- you can hear a lot through these walls. One thing I really like about the complex is all the trees. It makes it feel peaceful even with the mall right down the road. The apartments are a good size, and they are updating the cabinets and bathrooms to look really good.
Very impressed, moved here from out of state. Tami in the office very helpful, happy and quick to assist me in any question. Honest and no misrepresentation of complex. New updates are good. Nice neighbors and a warm home feeling. GREAT location to everything, yet tucked away nice. I feel the pricing is worth the amount..
