The apartments look like nothing in the website. They don't clean the apartments before you move in either. Maintenance does a horrible job when it comes to fixing anything.

Very disappointed of the service I’ve received. I lived here for 2 years and this apartment has multiple issues, which I’ve brought to the staff members’ attention. I did not get much help and had to live in this apartment regardless of the risks to my health.

This place is great! Love the apartment is just right for me. They have two swimming pools and it’s also a family friendly neighborhood. It’s also quiet at night. Nicole is also wonderful.

They focus on outdoor band aid repairs while the insides of the actual apartments suffer. The entrance to the back half of the complex has a spike strip so its only an exit. The light at night doesn't work so a lot of new people and delivery drivers get their tires punctured. It will also cause delays in emergency services the next time there's a shooting at the pool or if someone needs any kind of help.

It’s an ok residence but the repair process to the units are very poor like paint glooped up and blinds broken and warped pantry shelves but other than that it’s pretty ok

I have had an amazing experience living at The Everretts. The management team is phenomenal, and the groundskeepers have done a spectacular job beautifying the property. The maintenance team provides excellent service as well. I relocated from California to Georgia, and while I rented in Atlanta, I never felt like I was part of a true community. However, at The Everretts, my experience is entirely different. I love the beautiful trees, the welcoming nature, and the vibrant culture here. I have never encountered any negative experiences during my time here, and I am truly grateful to be part of this community. You made it so there’s only one entrance and exit which is dangerous, and a hazard for many reasons. It’s difficult to get maintenance done because most of the maintenance you consider cosmetic and not worth doing anything about. Would never recommend this place.

Overall living here is ok. Maintenance is not great and takes forever to come if they even decide to come. You have to continuously pester everyone to even do a decent job. People working front desk aren’t too bad though, they seem eager to help for the most part. Only one way in the apartments but have spikes to where you can leave but not enter on the other side. I don’t like how we have to drive so far just to enter when the complex is so big.
Apartment great just a few minor things need to be fix and neighbors need to stop throwing/sweeping trash off balcony that’s very nasty other then that it’s ok

Gym needs to be 24hrs, crazy people should be allowed to rent, and also light up the compound especially around building 11. Leasing office staffs are very helpful.

Amenities and lay outs are good. Staff is cool. Location is awesome…very walkable. Beware of bugs…they can be hidden. Nice to have a pool and fitness center.

Starting with the ladies in the leasing office. They were very professional and helped me through my move in process. They are very friendly and don’t cut corners or give misleading information. The Maintenance has been very fast with fixing things. My apartment was nice and clean all but a few small things. The property is nice and clean. I see a lot of bad reviews about the trash but it’s the tenants putting trash on the ground instead of the dumpsters.

The apartment complex is nice and well maintained. I love the pool area. However, the office staff aren’t the best. In person, they’re very nice but no one ever answers the phone. I’ve also been a resident for over a month and haven’t been given a key for a mailbox. It’s a little frustrating.

Continues to not be a welcoming or community place to live. I’m honestly over explaining every month but the only reason I do it now is for the points so same old same old you’re gonna reply with the email or tell me to come up to the office to speak with someone, blah, blah blah.

its been very calm and quiet lived here for about a year now never had a single complaint. the pool in the back is very clean much like the pool behind the front office. mail box was updated and in an area thats easy to get to. great location close to major stores. and the bus is practically next to the entrance

Overall place and area is great but apartments need upgrades. Garbage is constantly over flowing. Wished pools would open and be open pass office hours as people work and don't get home til 6.

Poor communication and renter care. The issues that we need fixed in our apartment we've need fixed since move in. Some small issues have been fixed, one large issue (hole in the floor) was attempted to be fixed but not well, and several are still broken.

Quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful and convenient. Easy access to the stores and restaurants. Maintenance has responded to any request in a very timely manner. They have a decent laundry facility available to the residents which less expensive then the local laundry mat. Overall I haven’t had a bad experience here
