Property Ratings at The Estates Of Northwoods
By far the worst apartment customer service I’ve ever had. People in the office never call you back when they say they will and corporate service isn’t any better. We were, literally, told that it didn’t matter what someone in the office told us because of the lease agreement. You would expect though that if you have a question and are given information from someone who works for the company that whatever they tell you is true. We also had a horrible time with roaches while there despite keeping our home clean. My suggestion is to pay more money to live in a community ran by a different management company and steer clear of any Management Support property.
The management is the WORST. The inside of the apartments are nice as long as the pest control is under control. I regret moving here. If you have time to be at the office making sure everyone is doing their jobs, then you'll be fine. I don't have time to submit the same maintenance request 5 times.
We moved in this place 4 years ago. Was not a bad place maintenance was bad and when i moved in lots of things were wrong but it was temporary and i was willing to deal with it. In the past I have had realtors try to dry me out and take all of my deposit so i took pictures at this place before moving. Pointing out all that was wrong. Then when moving out they charged me anything they can think of and to make matters worse they tried to charge me for what I reported when we first moved in. I even had picture worked with the manager and then she stated that all was resolved and what was a 1500 bill went down to only charging me to shampoo my carpet. WELL 4 years later I get a letter from the credit agency telling me that I have a balance that I owe them. 4 years later same house, same number, same email and not once did i hear from them. None of my contact info changed. It is disappointing that these type of placed take advantage of taking all the money they can out of honest working individuals who truly tried their best to follow all their rules.
I'm an active duty service member and in town for a short period of time for training. Since arriving i've had issues with the loud neighbors above me and have received no help from management. Regardless of how many times i've expressed my concerns and the effect that the 24-hour noise has had on sleep and training, I continue to be ignored by front office personnel at management at all levels. Please do yourself a favor and find a different apartment complex to live.
I have lived here for 4 years and I love it. The apartments are beautiful and the staff is great. I have never had to wait long if something needed repair but I really haven't had many things go wrong. The area is ideal with so much to do.
The management is here rude and crude. So is maintenance. Accuses people of doing things that some other resident is doing. They had a lot of drug problems when I lived there. They do not care about there residents at all.
Wish I could say it's a great place but too many car break in's!

My apartment complex is unique in that it's not trouble or problem free but the management team here at The Estates of Northwood are sincere in their willingness to help. No Apartment is perfect but when the people that manage it are engaged and enrolled in doing their best to remedy issues and timely maintenance adds to the quality of life here. It takes people to run an operation and when you have professionals doing it then your results will reflect the same.
Although Sedona Ranch advertises "luxury apartment living", this just isn't the case. With broken gates, fence hopping and drunken poolside parties, the property is not secure. The lack of cleanliness and minor repair to interiors denotes a disregard for tenets. Office staff lost a photo copy of my I.D. and "forgot" to write up my lease for a month. The appliances and finishes are old and low end. Example: The interior of the refrigerator is being held together with packing tape. Nice if you want to walk to get groceries or hang out at the bookstore, but definitely not luxury.
The effort put in place for the care of the facilities is unlike any other completx i have lived at. A very pleasurable experience so far, and seems to be the place to sit put for the next few years. The management team and the maintenance crew keep the property looking pristine and up to date. With on site security i feel my family is safe when i am away for work, no need for alarm systems as well, they even email you with a call to notify you when your work order has been complete as well. Could not have asked for a better experience since i moved in!
This is the first apartment I've ever really liked. While the dishwasher may give your glasses hard water stains, and you'll hear an a sink burp on very rare occasions while using it, the rest of the apartment is nifty. Bugs aren't a big problem here, I've only encountered maybe 3 roaches spaced out over a year so it's wise to keep everything clean but it's not a pressing issue. Tap water is drinkable here, no real reason for a filter. There's a nice pool and the ladies at the desk are all smokin hot.
