The buildings are arranged with pathways creating a "village" type atmosphere neighborhood. Having one's own doors and address number is a plus. The apts. themselves are set up looking more like condos than apts.and are nicely finished with excellent appliances. When maintainence issues arise, they are swiftly resolved. The complex is situated in an excellent location with close proximity to the ocean, for beach lovers! And the amenities of a pool and fitness room are a plus.Neighbors become friends and look out for each other, lending a hand if needed. A good place to call home.

Very much a community feeling, like a little village atmosphere . " Neighbors "are friendly, considerate and helpful. The grounds are well kept and attractively landscaped. The "team" is friendly and eager to accommodate concerns. The location Couldn't be better!

These are not luxury apartments. No improvements in the eight years that were residents. Plumbing fixtures are the cheapest quality. Heating system is the noisiest and most inefficient that I have ever experienced.

I along with my sister have been residents of the estates for 11 months now and we both love it here .the front office is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance dept. Alw a ys shows up promptly and does their job well and with a smile thank you

The Estates is exactly what I was looking for at this stage of my life. I recently retired and love the peace and quiet of living here. During the day, I sometimes feel as if I have my own private oasis.
It is a pleasure to come home to such a pleasant, well maintained environment. All the employees are very pleasant and accommodating and most of the residents are quite friendly. The atmosphere is quiet and it’s pleasant to see all different age groups and the animals.

The maintenance fellows are totally awesome. Very professional , very nice , have come late on a Saturday night with plumbing problem .. The general overall landscaping is always pretty and well cared for
I have only been a resident for 4 months. However, I have been very happy with my apartment, the property itself, the other residents, and the management. Any requests I have are addressed immediately and in a professional manner. The grounds themselves are very well maintained and allow for a lot of privacy. I am very happy here and hope to remain here for a long time. I highly recommend The Estates!

Renting at the Estates, although on the expensive side, residents get a lot for their money. The grounds are well kept, and the maintenance and office management are both excellent. They are conscientious and immediately accommodating to tenents' needs. Location to the Ocean Beach is walking distance & the pool, jacuzzi and workout center are excellent perks. Also, if an appliance needs a fix or replacement, it is done quickly & efficiently. We love living at the Estates for all of these reasons & more.
I am going on 6 years living here and I absolutely enjoy it my neighbors are friendly it's a clean community I enjoy all the woods. When something goes wrong in my apartment maintenance is quick to fix the situation
