East Fresno is a dynamic neighborhood conveniently placed 10 miles from Downtown Fresno. The Sierra Freeway runs through town and connects East Fresno with other parts of the city, but residents won’t have to travel far from home to get what they need. Shaw Avenue is home to many shopping centers and eateries like Sierra Vista Mall, Windmill Marketplace, and more. The Tuscan Plaza Shopping Center and Windmill Marketplace are located in the northern part of the neighbor near a large medical complex. Noisiest apartment I have ever lived in

Front office management is rude and incompetent. The walls/floors are so thin I can hear people above me sneezing, word for word what they are saying, and even peeing while min my bedroom. Parking lot also gets full every weekend with no street parking. There are also cockroaches and I’ve never seen anybody come and spray

Looks are deceiving!

I lived here for 8 months and they are nice spacious apartments. Parking is horrible, the walls are paper thin, noise and barking dogs are daily problems. The pigeon population is out of control. Pigeon waste is everywhere including your car and A/C unit!! This place is roach, spider and bug infested!!!! The staff is friendly but always changing. For the price of rent I expected a higher quality of living conditions. I’m glad I’m out of there.

BEDBUGS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE APPARTMENTS!!!

First of all these apartments have bed bugs in them. Since I moved in December of 2021 I noticed people throwing there beds away at least once a month, and constantly moving out. I didn't think anything of it. Until my upstairs neighbor moved out and 1 week later hey I had bedbugs in my appt. Then I reported to the landlord only for them to tell me it had to be my fault and would have to pay 1400$ to get it treated.i refused and now they stole the money from my rent and hit me with a 3 day notice for none payment of rent. THESE PEOPLE ARE GREEDY AND TRY TO BLEED YOU DRY ANYWAY THEY CAN!!! I HAVEN'T EVEN MENTIONED THE FACT THAT THEY AUTOMATICALLY RAISE YOUR RENT WHEN YOUR LEASE IS UP. THESE ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS I'VE EVER LIVED IN!!!! Ohh and one last thing. I recently saw another bed in the trash and this time I checked it and took pictures of guess what???BEDBUGS!!!!

Horrible experience

I don’t write reviews but a review to really take into consideration before renting. Currently stuck in a lease here and desperate to leave. Do not rent here… especially if you have kids and value sleep. Very nice and modern look of the apartment on the inside which is a plus. Also a very quick and easy leasing process as they just want to fill up as many units as they can. But horribly built. You can hear neighbors above you simply stomping back and forth even without the intent of being loud, washing machines, showers running, dogs and children that run around all day/night. You can even hear people’s tv’s from their bed rooms and living rooms… You can hear everything outside no matter where you are in the apartment due to the thin doors/windows. Seems to be more of an apartment complex built for college students and parties than anything. There are police complaints every week specifically on weekdays after 2-3am for the same neighbors and nothing gets resolved. Police “shut down” the parties, issue a little pep talk about how they were in college once, and remind them they have been here last week and the week before for the SAME issue. Police also get mad at the neighbors who called the cops about the parties because they “don’t tolerate that behavior” and they’re just “angry neighbors being neighbors”… lol what? Good luck getting any help from THE POLICE or the leasing office. My infant is constantly woken at night or restless during the day due to the noise. Its something else every other day with this place that will make you regret renting. I would much rather downsize to another complex for the same price or relocate to another city than to live here any longer. Absolutely would not recommend. And cannot wait to move.

Don’t move here. Terrible.

This place just gets more awful every month. Your rent will sky rocket. You’ll be charged for anything and everything. You will not get your money’s worth living here. You will be towed and get super frustrated with the lack of parking. You’ll also come to find that the management team. Is useless.

Terrible Place

I was a tenant at this apartment complex for a year during 2020-21. I could not recommend this place any less. The apartments, though new and cosmetically appealing, are very cheaply made. The office staff (both the old 2020 staff and the new office staff as of 2021) have been horrible to deal with in many ways and have even attempted to bill for money not owed to them after I moved out despite having always paid rent in full and early. Was never able to find parking despite being a resident and the front office was not helpful in offering backup options. The pool was always very dirty and dumpsters often overflowing. Management will call cops on you for music at 2pm on a Saturday instead of simply knocking on the door. Office staff would micromanage what you left on your balcony; for example I would have someone request I remove my cooler from the balcony after I had set it out to dry for 2 hours. Would not recommend at all, especially given the price point.

Looks nice but...theres a catch

The location is really nice, believe me but for how much you will be paying and due to the fact that they take noise complaint really seriously make living here not relaxing at all. For example, if the washing machine is on during night time you can possibly have the police called to your home for a simple noise complaint.

WORST PLACE TO LIVE

Currently living here, wish I didn’t. Constantly getting my doorbell rang multiple times in the morning by the two managers to nag about my apartment. They have complained about me having things on my personal patio, not trash just my own items. They are so nosey I feel like I live under a microscope. Worst experience I have ever been trapped in. DO NOT LIVE HERE
