Exactly like I thought it’s going to be amazing community inside and outside. I love to be in Emerson apartment . People, front desk and staff they are amazing ??
There’s been so many changes with the staffing in the office, packages are hard to pick up if they are delivered to the office Versus the package lockers because the office isn’t open yeet when I leave for work and closed by the time I get home. I’ve lived in several communities where 1 night a week the office was open later to accommodate for residents that work the only hours the office is open. Even if you go by what used to be the typical office hours of 9-5/5:30 that means your residents who are not work from home are leaving before the office opens, and depending on where they work coming home either after the 6pm office close time or right as the office is closing. And we all know how happy they are to have someone come in at 5:55. (They’re not). And there are many who work Saturdays too. And the rent increase that came out for our renewal? A 12% base increase? It’s not like we are getting 12% more service (in fact they’ve decided to close on Sundays so less service)
The staff in the leasing office is so friendly and helpful. There is so much here that if they had a cafe or bistro, I would never have to leave ??
Ive enjoyed life at Emerson since September 2019. Among the many things that make living here exceptional are friendly staff, areas to relax and gather with family or friends, free coffee, well maintained grounds and building, and community events. There are several restaurants in walking distance and grocery shopping is nearby. I dont have a pet, however, the pets seem to like it here too!
My daughter and I toured a number of apartments in the area and none of them compared to the cleanliness, amenities and overall appearance of Emerson. We absolutely love it!

I've never fell in love with a property at first sight. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I needed to get online and apply immediately. Everything about this place is pretty close to perfect. Location, amenities, staff, appliances, the list goes on for me.

Loving my new apartment. It's apartment living so you can't eliminate all of the noises from neighbors but the sound is muffled and not very disturbing to me. If noise is an issue for anyone, apartment living might not be the answer. Location if great with grocery stores and other shops in walking distance.The amenities available are what I was hoping for in an apartment home. Management was very helpful and pleasant with my move in experience.

I fell in love with the building from the start. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. There are some issues that need addressing but none that I feel are out of the ordinary. Amenities are great and location is perfect.

Living at Emerson is like living in a hotel! We enjoy concierge-like package service, refrigerated storage for meal service/grocery deliveries, and valet trash service. During this unprecedented time, many amenities are not accessible, however, Emerson facilitates a weekly Instagram dance party and provides access to Zoom yoga classes until Wine Down Wednesday can resume and the gym is open again! I can't think of a better place to ride out COVID-19 restrictions!!!

My movers said it looked like one of the fancier places you would find at Reston town Center. I agreed and then let them know that the price was a good thousand dollars less for the same square footage. In short, the amenities are gorgeous, the floorplans make sense, The walls are decent quality I can just barely make out my upstairs neighbor walk if I am straining to listen, but that’s it. Cute place, I would say to check it out if you’re looking around Fairfax or Fair Lakes but don’t see anything you like
