In theory this place seems great but in practice it definitely is not. No property manager, nothing on the website that they claim to provide gets provided consistently, rent is severely overpriced, property not maintained, no functionality to items that we are supposed to have (e.g. parking doesn't make sense, recycling shoot doesn't work so you have to constantly take down your recycling, gate doesn't work all the time, etc.)cheap materials used, no designated package area, neighborhood is a bit sketchy after a certain hour, and the list goes on and on!
