Gahanna has worked hard to become known as more than just a suburb of Columbus. The city limits of Gahanna contain nearly 800 acres of parkland, including the 50 acre Gahanna Woods State Nature Preserve. The local schools get excellent ratings and the crime rate is quite low, making Gahanna a very appealing place for folks raising families.
Gahanna’s position just northeast of Columbus proper allows residents to easily reach the bigger city’s attractions, including the Ohio State University campus, the Columbus Zoo, and of course the endless dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Less than fifteen minutes from downtown Columbus by car, Gahanna apartments are close enough to be a convenient home base for commuters as well.
