I moved to Ellsworth four days ago. This place is phenomenal, super clean, super peaceful, and beautiful. All the staff is super welcoming and nice, they made sure I have everything I needed. The staff is super professional and patient. The amenities are above and beyond!!!! My favorite area is the gym!!!

This is a great community. The staff is great and has beautiful amenities. I love that rules are enforced, shows the care the staff has to make this property enjoyable to everyone. We love our apartment, sky lounge is awesome, a place you can relax listen to music while drinking a glass of wine. It's a great place to call home.

From our very first interaction with the staff as lookers, to now having lived here for a bit, it’s been a total happy and amazing experience. Yazmin, Todd and Diana have done everything possible to making our late life move as smooth and pleasant as possible. The property and apartments speak for themselves as totally awesome. I've lived here for a 5 months now and I can't express my gratitude enough for this building and everyone that helped me along the way! I'll start by saying that just as previous reviews have mentioned, the faces at the front set the tone for the whole experience here. Yazmin is a rare breed of women! She is the most warm and genuine manager I've ever worked with- special shout to Todd as he supported me every step of the way :). To be honest, I came here and toured *plenty* of different units on *many* occasions as I was so particular about what I wanted... and they didn't skip a beat with their support. It's a brand new building with beautiful appliances and amenities. So far, the crowd here has been respectful and quiet, which to me, community is an important factor within an apartment building. The vibes here are simply welcoming-- and I'm known to be picky!! I hardly write reviews but this place deserves alllll of the stars. I am pleased to say that I call the ELLSWORTH my home.

The level of customer service from the staff is out of this world. My experience here has been amazing. The property looks clean, and they make sure everything is taken care of. I am happy here at The Ellsworth. They have the best community staff and excellent customer service I have experience. I am confident it all starts with the manager, a great lady and leader. Always taking care of everything and making sure everyone is happy. The best place to call home in Plantation.

I have been living at The Ellsworth for a good amount of time. It’s a beautiful community where I live alone and work from home. However, living on the first floor and near all the exit doors, to and from the clubhouse/leasing area and near exits to and from the front outdoor area of the building, I’ve had to endure an unfortunate amount of noise and disruptions. For the last week or so the elevator has been making howling noises and it echoes through my apartment. I’m sure many other residents can hear it as there are 8 floors. It’s an elevator that is used frequently since it’s closest to the coffee machine in the club house. Not to mention the large metal doors throughout the community that are heavy to open and slam shut every time they are used. It’s an extremely unsettling and startling sound. The one nearest to this elevator and closest to the coffee machine is extremely loud and the sound of it shutting is extremely disruptive. Working from home it would be nice to have a quiet environment especially for the cost of living here in this luxury community. The community has quiet hours set but it’s never a quiet hour for me as I have to hear the doors slam shut all day every day and sometimes even during the night. It’s extremely frustrating for it to disrupt not only my work but also my sleep. I can’t imagine I’m the only resident that has to deal with hearing the slamming metal doors and loud howling elevator. I have tried numerous times to visit the leasing office regarding the issue but no one is ever available to help and the telephones are never answered. Needless to say, if you are looking for a luxury apartment where your sleep and stay at home work life is filled with disruptive noise then this is the place for you.
We love it here. It's a great community and the staff is awesome, very attentive and always making sure everyone feel home. This is a community that make sure rules are been followed. Community is always clean and the amenities are awesome. We are happy to call the Ellsworth home.

It is so upsetting to read such a negative review about the Ellsworth team. A bad review will not shatter this property and the great job this team does. It will be very hard to find a team that is as dedicated to a property and to all residents as the Ellsworth team. I have been living in this property since the beginning and I have seen how the Ellsworth team works day and night to maintain this property and to ensure all residents are taken care of. I cannot compliment them enough on how well and how clean/well kept the entire property is, customer service is a 10/10. The team at Ellsworth is a well put together team, they take pride in everything they do, and they treat all residents with respect and they always available to assist. The manager does a fantastic job running this place, she is very unique, full of passion, and with an energy that is very contagious. She has put together a great team that works hard and ensures that all residents feel welcome at home. it really shows. I and other residents love the way this place is run, not too many properties are run with such passion and dedication. This place still looks brand new after 7 months of being open. Rules are rules and we are glad they make sure all rules are followed, so everyone feels at home. I have come through some residents who only have negative things to say, they are always those ones who no matter what can't be happy and they gossip about everything. People need to take accountability for their actions and the things they do, but unfortunately, it does not happen that way. They need to blame someone else for their mistake or bad decisions. We'll let me tell you that the team at the Ellsworth is AWESOME and we are glad that this team runs this place the way a property should be run. I guess all I want to say, as well as many residents, is that we cannot be prouder of this team. Thank you for making The Ellsworth a great place to call HOME. Shout out to The Ellsworth Team......

Very impressed!!! I never thought living in an apartment would be this nice. The community has tons of amenities that make moving here an easy transition coming from a house into an apartment. I would highly recommend checking out this community if you are looking for a nice new place to live that is centrally located with great amenities and is near to great dinning and shopping options. Management also sends out helpful and informative emails to the community pretty consistently with updates/reminders on just about everything. You should really come and take a look....the great people that work here on the property and in the leasing office will make you think twice about looking anywhere else....Trust me!!! Keep it up management! It’s a pleasure to live here!

Amazing property!!! The Ellsworth has everything you could possibly want in apartment living. This is similar to a Luxury Resort but in Fort Lauderdale’s backyard of Plantation. The property has beautifully appointed interiors, great amenities, and services you would ever want and need to call home. Todd and his team are great!!! He has been very helpful from the initial visit and through the entire moving process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was how you envisioned it would be during the touring process. Todd also made sure the move went as smooth as possible and that I was happy with the apartment. I would highly recommend coming to check out The Ellsworth Apartments in Plantation and ask to see Todd and his team.
