Apartments are brand new. Amenities are great with a well equipped gym and office space for tenants. Beautiful pool area to lounge. Pet friendly with a pet spa and dog park. The only negative is that the EV chargers are not free to charge your electric vehicle. However, It’s located in an area with easy access to lots of restaurants and stores so you can’t beat that.

I love this development! It is so clean and the leasing folks care about residents and their concerns. When you call you get a live person ready to assist. I love that my unit has a lovely layout and a washer & dryer. I also enjoy the pool and the amenities The Ellision has to offer.

I have lived here for 4 months now and I can easily say its the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartments are super cute, the grounds are always kept clean, I cannot speak enough about how kind & helpful the office staff is, and the amenities are awesome. We have been here for 5 months and love it! Wasn't sure what life would be like moving into an apartment after living in our home for 20 years. This has been a great transition. The amenities are great and staff is attentive to our concerns. The property is beautiful, clean and pet friendly. We also enjoy the trails nearby, Kennesaw Mountain and of course Whole Foods.

All apartment complexes should take notes from The Ellison!! If you want to live in a beautiful, CLEAN and luxurious apartment… look no further! The staff is knowledgeable, caring and professional. Lauren is the leasing agent that gave me my tour and I highly recommend her! She was so nice and really took the time to answers all my questions. She even remember me by name when I came back a month later. All maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. The staff always has prizes, contests and games going on for the residents. This is really a wonderful place to live!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
