Our pet-friendly apartment community is comprised of residences featuring generous one- and two-bedroom floor plans that invite you to create your ideal home. Each apartment features an open-concept layout enhanced by streamlined kitchen cabinetry, plush carpeting, and an in-unit washer and dryer. A private balcony or patio completes each apartment home’s cozy garden ambiance. Select homes also feature a wood-burning fireplace. Our serene community showcases scenic views of lush greenery from each home and offers ample community amenities for you to enjoy. When it’s time to play, check out our on-site playground or burn off some energy in our fitness center. For wind-down, relax in our picnic areas or swim a few laps in the pool. Options for outdoor entertainment extend beyond our community to the trails and open green space at 92nd Street Park, less than one mile away. If you choose to venture farther, our location is close to WA-526, I-5, plus the Paine Field Snohomish County Airport is less than five miles away. * This community does not accept reusable (portable) tenant screening reports. Property Ratings at The Elliot at Mukilteo
I’ve lived here 3 years. They/management do not respond to emails or phone calls. I have been trying to renew my lease for the past 3 weeks and they have not responded to me at all. This will force me to go to month to month which they charge an additional $400 in rent for. This place is also quite expensive especially if you don’t have the updated kitchen (still same price as the updated units). The maintenance folks are great though. Everyone else seems is rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to accommodate anyone on anything
I got robbed in the first month of moving in. I asked the office if this has happened before they said no the cops said it happens all the time. I got no sleep the entire time I lived there because of the dog above me. I complained to the office multiple times nothing was ever done.
This is truly a great place to live, great schools and way of life. If they had a spa and some more amenities it would get a 5.
The Elliot is quiet, secluded, peaceful, and in an amazing school district. The people are friendly and the units offer convenience, cleanliness, and the feeling of home. I just signed a new lease! I love it here!!!!!!
