Our rent somehow skyrocketed and $500 was added we tried to pay something down but they said they needed it in full next month comes it reaches an unbearable amount last month we on need $200 left for rent but could not pay what we had. Now they are saying or making it seem like we’ve not try to make any payments whatsoever even though we constantly were with no attempts to pursue any on the balance as we were applying to a new place management here told management there that we paid no Rent so the management at the other place accepted then declined us and it’s to the point we may not be able to move anywhere else. Place was good at first but water didn’t stay hot long enough. paint began to peel to floor began to crack as we were told “what you see is what you get” per management.

The water pressure is horrible, management is horrible. “Amenities” are horrible. It’s rotten, run down, and very second here only ever Seldomly gets worse and more depressing. It is not worth the rent cost, the head aches, or the countless phone calls you’ll find yourself making to management… not that you’ll get past the automated answering machine.
I am so happy my lease is ending. It is very cute on the inside then it started to fall apart. The apartment I am in had two floods from the laundry room. The workers here are super sweet and all. This building is just old. If you dont mind waking up from your neighbors all the time and floods then this place may be for you.
My wife and I have lived here at The Edmond now going into our 3rd year, we have watch it change quite a bit from constant improvements anything from building and landscape upgrades to quicker maintenance responses. BH management has done a great job with everything, the staff here is amicable and very professional.
Brandy .Melissa and Greg keep the apartments in smooth running order..The apartments have never looked better .
The management staff of Brandie and Melissa is great and will act to help you in any way you need. Gregory and his crew are very quick to respond to maintenece calls. The Edmond is a great place to live. Nice, quiet, and peaceful.
The staff have been most accommodating, me and my wife just moved in and are very happy so far with everything,
Really a great apartment complex. Its in a neighborhood so not off of a big road, management is really great and so is the services. Its a little older but very well kept up and very large for the price youre paying too. Over all a quiet little area thats very nice.
