Beginning along Hillsborough Street and extending north to the Carolina Country Club, Village District is a large Raleigh neighborhood near downtown and North Carolina State University. Village District features restaurants and bakeries such as Rise Biscuits and Donuts, Café Carolina and Bakery, Benelux Coffee, and Tupelo Honey. The area also features several shops, boutiques, and a Harris Teeter grocery store.
Village District dates back to 1947 as North Carolina's first mixed-use community. In addition to the shopping center, it contained office buildings, single-family homes, apartment buildings, and condominiums. The oldest section of Village District is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. With its wildly popular shopping area, easy access to NC State and Downtown, and tree-lined residential streets, Village District is still the place to be.

Maintenance Request My request was complete and the issue was fixed, however was completed over a week late (most likely due to the holiday, which I understand). I wrote in my request to please call my cell phone before coming to my apartment as I work night shifts as registered nurse and sometimes am sleeping odd hours on days that I am working. I was not called. Luckily, I was not home and was not sleeping. I wish that this detail in my request was honored in the event that I was asleep during the time they knocked and had entered my unit.
Nice place to live! It’s a great experience to live in here! Staff are very friendly and common area is super nice.

Maintenance just cancelled my request twice I alerted maintenance that an exterior door was broken and won’t unlock with the butterfly system and they just cancelled the request. Absolute slap in the face from this management company.

I have LOVED the edition, the staff are super helpful and quickly address any questions or concerns I have. The property is kept very clean and any other tenants I have met have been very friendly. If you are coming to Raleigh I definitely recommend taking a look here!
Management will try to nickel and dime you. They even got our final account statement wrong and would not have said anything about it until we pushed back and had it corrected.
I really love the location of the Edition! The staff was amazing and the apartments are so beautiful. The kitchen was done really nicely with the cabinet color and backsplash. The space in the apartment is very versatile and fit everything I had perfectly. Definitely recommend living here!
This is such a beautiful property. Everything is so new and clean! It's also such a walkable area with everything you need right here, and the Village District right across the street. The office staff is also very helpful and responsive! Highly recommend living here!

These apartments are in a great location for shopping of every kind, NCState, parks, restaurants, walking...everything ! They are quite roomy with very update you could want. Bright and light. Gorgeous kitchen facility on lower level, with a fabulous gym ,pool table, and swimming pool. I had one problem issue that was resolved immediately through the very helpful staff. The covered parking deck is a plus. Highly recommend !

The apartments are pretty standard for what you’ll get around here - they are fine. The hitch - the buildings don’t have a keypad entry or call box for people to get into the building!!! So, you can’t have a dog walker or pet sitter come, and you can’t get food delivery. If you’re sick, you can’t buzz someone in. I’ve never seen a large “luxury” apartment without this very basic amenity. Makes day to day life very inconvenient. They had told us there were call boxes before we rented. It’s not true.

Trilogy Cameron Village was a all around 10 out of 10 experience from our first visit to look at different floor plans to now. They have a great area for dogs, closed in dog park and a very nice area to walk. The staff is always very helpful and made my move in the easiest I've ever had. Kyle, Hayden, Dennis and the rest of the staff, thank you for everything you do!!

This community is very modern, my apartment is bright and open. All of my friends cant believe all of the windows and home vibe walking in. Love the location as well!! Safe walking in Cameron Village, around the corner from great shopping and restaurants! Im really happy with my experience and choice to rent here.
