The grand seemed like a great place and good deal and are sold a dream on the initial tour. Living there is completely different. Paying a substantial amount in rent for subpar assistance is disheartening.
The Grand is a wonderful place to live and the staff are great people who strive for excellence day in and day out. I highly recommend The Grand for anyone looking for a new home. My experience has been so Grand!

I like the location which is close to freeways and I don't experience the continual sound of traffic. The location is on the waterfront and there's a nice walking trail, we are within walking distance to restaurants and a few neighborhood shops.

The Grand Team is so helpful and engaged and constantly making sure residents are happy and taken care of.
An excellent community all around, with lovely amenities and the friendliest + loveliest neighbors. One significant drawback is the courtyard's noise, which has an impact on our daily lives. Recently, my partner and I moved onto the fourth floor, and we were very shocked to hear everything outside--even when the bathroom doors were closed in our unit. On a Friday afternoon, I had a virtual job interview. During the conversation, my prospective employer mentioned that they can hear children screaming from my end. The people/parties in the courtyard + sports bar are quite loud, especially if your unit is facing it. There is absolutely no noise control. After curfew, the parties will go on, and from what I've heard from a handful of my neighbors, management is not paying attention to these serious problems. Since day 1 of moving into this community, we have been experiencing these issues. We had no such problems throughout our two tours of this apartment. When we fully moved in, we were astounded.
The Grand is a beautiful new complex. My storage lockers were broken into and some of my things were stolen. I am concerned about security and it is very obvious that some pet owners are not cleaning up after their pets, hallways and garage.

I did a tour with The Grand this last week. The property is immaculate and the amenities were nothing short of amazing!! The staff was very prompt with any questions I had before my tour (and trust me I had a bunch of them). My leasing agent was Jeneva, and she facilitated this whole tour for me and was very thorough with showing me around. I was quite indecisive with location and size of apartment, but her knowledge of the property helped me come to a great choice. If my plans for work did not change, I would have leased that day. If my travel plans work out for this area in the future, I would re-visit The Grand without a doubt.

The Grand Apartments are awesomely and Beautifully Crafted!. I fell in love with this place. Its located in a quaint and peaceful community. I had the great opportunity to be connected with "Aunna", who is a phenomenal Land fantastic Leasing Agent! She was very friendly, professional, knowledgable, extremely helpful, open and transparent. Her kindred spirit showed that she really cared about me as a new lessee and fully understood my needs from the start.
