Good quick and easy some things need fixing but for now everything is good Had an easy move The place is nice and clean I was bummed we can’t have Dish for cable

Good staff great response for maintenance work would love for them to spend a little more time with some of the outside amenities, but otherwise things are going pretty great

The place is nice but the smell of marijuana gets too much into my rooms since they smoke in other apartments. The scandal that happens in the pool with the music too loud and I can't believe they allow alcoholic beverages in the pool. I simply don't trust them for little ones.

Great customer service staff and great staffing. The grounds and maintenance personnel do a great job on handling the issues and coordination of heavy maintenance in a safe manner. The office is always greeting and smiling. Ready to ask any concerns with proper results.Thank you!

The community is really quite. I like my apartment since it is near the exit. I found the support of the leasing staff was great, special thanks to Pamela and Maria. Overall I am happy with the design and the amenities. I find the location of the apartments really close to other places as long as you have vehicle. Price is competitive. The only thing missing is making the pool have warm water all year to use it. Or at least during spring. Everything else I find it enjoyable.

Seeing the trees and the only thing you hear in the mornings are the birds which is nice. Other than that you only hear children playing, makes you feel safe and happy.

The leasing experience was good. I was informed if I did not understand how to complete any of the documents, the staff was there to help. I like the open and quiet location of the Dutton, along with the cute little combined apts. I am hoping to get an upper remodeled unit and be able to sit on my deck with privacy. When the weather is hotter I will be swimming and working out daily.

I love staying here.. The Staff is wonderful! I love my unit.

If you work in Hayward or in the area and hate the commute to Dublin or Ramon. Try living at the Dutton. I saved 90 minutes per day travel time . Extra time is money to do other things in life. Terrific butcher right down the way.

It’s been so peaceful the last year I been here. Some situations have happened however that can happen anywhere. Nothing too big where I would leave.

It’s my third day here in The Dutton Apartments and I can say so far it’s a quiet and friendly area. Only problem I’ve had is washer in my unit doesn’t work , hopefully it’s fixed soon!

So far Dutton has been an enjoyable place to live. I feel a good vibe with tenants here as well as the staff here at Dutton. I am happy with the services here after submitting a work order that was completed within two working days.

Everything has been amazing front the start . I cannot complain . Front office staff is great, they have wonderful customer service, listens to you and are very polite.

This community has been a breath of fresh air! It’s quiet, clean, and people are friendly. I really appreciate the secure parcel locker room and the leasing office/maintenance is prompt with responding to any issues. All the amenities are an added bonus- 2 pools, 2 spas, WiFi lounge, dog park, bbq/picnic area, indoor AND outdoor gym… basically annything you need is here. Our apartment is exactly what we need!

Since being here we have not been able to get a parking spot close to our unit and have to continuously walk to the other side of the complex and on top of that got our windshield broken by a pinecone. It seems this has happened before and they do nothing about it and we had to pay $1000 out-of-pocket which kind of sucks. Besides that the people here are great. We are not fond of the people who feed the cats as our dog is very allergic and has been suffering.

I enjoy the cleanliness of the community and how quiet and serene it can be at times. The front desk and maintenance staff are always prompt and helpful. I would like more modern and up to date appliances and more parking options for guests but other than that I am happy to call it home.

The Dutton is a great property to live in. Their location is great and provides easy access to the freeway. The community is quiet and the other residents friendly. The leasing staff are very approachable and knowledgeable. My favorite part is how quiet the complex is. I really enjoy the peace here.

I like that the complex is safe and gated, and recently the management team has been putting more effort into keeping the property as clean as possible.

I haven’t had any problems. I’ve had typical maintenance issues, but nothing major. My building is quiet. I don’t like the parking space size. They are too close. If someone parks on the line, I can’t get in my car. Also, not enough guest parking spaces or handicap spots. Other than that, the complex is quiet and clean.

My experience from application to move in was pretty smooth and fast. The leasing office staff is really professional and helpful. I love my new apartment, the complex is quiet and the neighbors seem friendly so far. I have been here for a few weeks and I am really happy that I chose the Dutton.

Parking very limited and crazy to charge so much for a 2nd spot when you have a 2 bedroom but also office staff rude and garbage around property

Quiet so far. But nice. Dog park needs some attention.new roofs are good.most of the maintenance guys seem knowledgeable. Front off ice staff ok. Garbage in breeze ways seems to be a thing

I would recommend these apartments they are doing a lot of remodeling and everything is coming out nice from the roof to the exterior paint and all the new trees they are planting

It’s been a horrible experience this year. I’ve been renting for the past four year and this year is by far the worst. I’ve had my car stolen due to lack of security on the property. I was told I was getting a renovated apartment and it was not cleaned and has so many issues. My maintenance request are constantly marked complete when there not. I can’t seem to get a response from anyone. Poor communication and lack of responsive

So far so good we have only been here for 24 hrs but seems to be smooth sailing anything I have needed the staff has helped me with and so nice

Gardens, Common areas, Dog park and other places inside the community are dirty and careless . No security at all and noisy neighbors. Garbage containers always full and stinky. Dog poo everywhere and flys come into the apartment.

Also for additional parking is $100 which is ridiculous Bad neighbors - dogs constant barking , music playing loud, Dog poop everywhere and dog park not maintained Building has huge mold problems and mildew. Windows are old and broken. Swimming pool isn’t maintained and very dirty. Usually broken or closed. The landscaping isn’t maintained as well, dirty and track marks on sidewalks. Trash in front of people’s doors

I really appreciate all the staff helped I got from the beginning, very friendly and helpful. I have two months living here and I didn't have any issues, when I had problems with my AC they changed the complete AC, thanks for everything.

The Dutton is a quiet wooded community located in Hayward, CA. The community is family oriented with multiple play areas and 2 pools/jacuzzis. The management team is responsive and easy to get in touch with. Overall, my experience has been a pleasant one residing in The Dutton.

My experience here so far is good, maintenance reacts pretty quick, everything is clean, my dog also loves the freedom he has and my kids love the new apartment.

After almost half an year living at The Dutton, I’m very satisfied. Diamond was great showing us the apartment, and very helpful with the leasing process. When I needed maintenance, Eric and Luis did a great job, in a timely manner. I love the vinyl floor, the large balcony with storage, the pools and the GYM.

Everything was good till the first 2 days of moving in someone was always parked in my stall and when I entered the apartment I couldn’t help but notice my apartment was not cleaned at all but a quick wipe down floor were dirty as hell
