i’ve had a great time living here so far, staff is nice, maintenance is quick, and the prices are hard to beat. amenities are great, the pool is huge which i love.

I’ve loved my stay at the Presley so much I extended my lease till next year for another 14 months! Having my amenities at all times no utility bills other than electric has been an amazing thing to have here!

Great experience. Move-in was seamless, apartment was in great condition, apartment rules are explicit and easy to understand, and workers are helpful

Maintenance request get completed extremely fast, staff is nice, building is perfect! Parking lot is big and always has a spot no matter what.

very helpful and answer all questions. I had an issue with a previous apartment complex and they helped me solve it without complications. My move-in process was very smooth

Great community and staff! Recently moved in and I am happy with the amenities, with the appliances and the location. Pathways and sidewalks all around for great walks.

Ive loved living at The Presley for the past 2 years. The team puts on great events and make living here a joy. If there is ever a problem in the community, it’s addressed immediately.

I love living at The Presley! This is my 3rd year here and it’s just nice. I feel safe here and it’s quiet. Close enough to everything in Nashville but far enough away from the noise. Malcolm, the manger, is great too!

The staff here is incredible! They are super helpful and are quick to answer any question you have! The amenities are great and I love when we have community events!

The experience has been great so far! The staff has been wonderful with helping with any needs. The place is also up to date and I am looking forward to the pool in the summer.

I feel super happy and comfortable raising my kids here ? It's very reasuring to know that not just anyone can get into the complex it really makes me sleep better at night know that there's an extra level of safety for my children

Manager is always responsive. The move in was easy. Getting my key was easy. My apartment was nice and clean. All my appliances worked. They even had snacks for me

Maintenance is great, they always resolve the work orders within 24 hours. The complex is very clean and quite for the area. Easy commute to Downtown

Love it here! Great staff great apartment and great amenities including dog park, gym, package room for amazon, and looks pretty in the snow.

Suuuuuch an amazing apartment complex I'm so happy to call this place my home! Everyone is so nice and welcoming, they even gave us a toilet paper roll, the presley goodies and a trash can which is essential for your first move

I have loved my time here at the Presley. I am about to renew for a second year. The staff is great. Maintenance is always quick to repair anything that is needed. I love the gym and sky lounge. I would recommend.

I feel safe and secure in the apartment complex. I appreciate the staff and friendly maintenance team. They care about their residents and health as they just upgrade the equipment. Not all apartment complexes actually take the funds to upgrade the complex.

Overall it's been pleasant. The community comprises more younger crowd than family-oriented folks. They do have random events to allow you to get to know your community.

So far leaving here has been great, the neighbors are friendly and quiet. The staff throws some good events and quite often. The area is growing and German Town being two blocks away is amazing!

Living here has been great! Management is super helpful, maintenance is quick with repairs, and the upkeep of the pool is amazing. I’ve lived here for 2 years now!

Great location and amenities. Rent is reasonable. Easy to get downtown and around the city, lots of good restaurants in the area. Only issue is parking is a bit challenging, only 2 EV chargers and other residents block the spots with their gas cars.

I love the Presley. Everyone is super nice, and i have never felt unsafe. Great proximity to downtown and plenty of parking inside the gates. The Sky lounge is a big bonus.

Everyone is very accomodating and welcoming. The staff is always open to questions and willing to help out when they can! The facilities are well kept.

Easy move in process! The staff is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions I may have. Also my apartment was very clean and smelled good when I moved in.

I moved in this past weekend from ATL and my experience leasing and moving in was great and Aaliyah at the front office was so helpful and friendly from beginning to end!

I’ve had a great experience here thus far! I really like the apartments and the amenities are very nice. My only complaint is that the cleaning no/renewal of my room before move in wasn’t as great as I would have liked.

Great location, very easy to commute around Nashville as the highway is right there, easy trip downtown or walkable to Germantown, lots of amenities, very clean, poor parking

I have been living here for three years and during this time, I have noticed some significant positive changes. I must express my gratitude to Malcolm, who is an excellent property manager. He is always attentive and helpful in all areas. I cannot overlook the assistance provided by Ms. Tammy and the maintenance team, who have been very helpful too. Keep up the good work. Unfortunately, this is my last month here, and I am disappointed to be leaving. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay, with great amenities, located near downtown, and where the staff engages with the residents, then this is the perfect place for you to call home.

I have loved living at The Presley. It is always clean, amenities are great (maybe only thing I would like is an in person fitness type class once a week in the evenings, maybe a HIIT type class for all levels), staff is responsive and friendly, and I feel very safe at all hours of the day

I’ve had the opportunity to call The Presley home for 6 years! The management team is communicative, plan fun resident events, keep the grounds clean and just so friendly. The maintenance team has always been courteous, timely and actually fix any issues I’ve had… imagine that!! The location, and amenities (gym, pool/hot tub, courtyard and Sky lounge) are top notch. You can’t go wrong living here!!

I love it here at the Presley. Malcolm and his team are great. I love the events that they put on every month. It's great getting to know my neighbors. The new dog park is amazing, my pup loves it.

I have been at The Presley for 3 1/2 years now and still love it! The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues. The location is great being only 10 minutes from downtown! The rooms are spacious and the amenities are awesome! Nice large pool and courtyard area, larger gym than most places I have looked at, beautiful newly renovated Sky Lounge, great sized dog park, ample parking. Great value for the price!

I truly enjoy living at The Presley. I have been a resident for over three years. The location is awesome. The upgrades to the workout room have helped me with my fitness goals. I appreciate the staff and their friendliness.

Living at the Presley has been great! The gym and yoga studio, pool, and grassy area are all wonderful amenities! Excited to see the sky lounge is finally open as well!

Living at The Presley has been a below average experience. Maintenance crew is always quick to help. The cleaning crew does a great job. I have my complaints about the parking situation but nothing much we can do. However, dealing with the team in the front office is not great. When we toured last year we were blown away with the hospitality. I can tell that was a sales tactic to get us to sign a lease. Malcom, the property manager, has been the only employee in the front office that has been kind while helping answer questions. We recently had an issue with vehicle parking while we were scheduled to be out of town. No one had been in the office due to weather (which we were not upset about we completely understood this), but we had to leave town and ultimately could only send an email explaining the situation. This situation directly affected our trips as neither of us had confidence that the apartment complex was on our side to keep our vehicle safe while we were away.

This is a beautiful complex with spacious rooms that have upgraded appliances and great amenities. They are very welcome and helpful here, as well!

I absolutely love it here! The area is super nice and very quiet, but it’s still close to pretty much everything. Everyone that works here are so nice and helpful, would definitely recommend it to everyone!

I’ve only been here for a little bit less than a month, and I love so much about it! The apartment and amenities are really great! Everyone seems to be really kind in the community. My biggest issue is the lack of guest parking. I think the system is a little ridiculous considering there is only 14 spots for an entire building full of residence. The app that we use as residence to get our parking pass looks like it should allow us to get a guest pass for visitors, but it does not allow you to. I have reached out to the manager of the residence, with no response. Where are my friends supposed to park when they come to visit? Where is my family supposed to park when they come to visit from out of town? There has to be a way to be able to fix this and make it a better situation for all the residents in the building and our guests.
