New, modern, and clean property. What I love the most is that the breezeways are inside and controlled by climate. Valet trash cans are also only out in the breezeways during pick up time. This makes the property look well maintained! The staff is what ties it all together. They are absolutely super sweet and never have an issue when you need help. Maintenance is amazing as well. Work orders are completed the same day, and they are very professional as well. 10/10 would recommend!

The amenities are amazing, from the pool to the gym to the car wash. The environment is welcoming, calm, & safe. Apartment living is mainly composed for convenience; however these apartments became our home. Amenities such as the pet spa and the community garden provide the overall luxury experience. With modern blueprint layouts and updated interiors, these apartments are highly favorable by many residents. Overall, The Dorsey by Alta provides a home aspect and has a remarkable community!

The staff provided excellent customer service and was attentive. The atmosphere created upon entering the office was inviting. The property is beautiful and well kept. The units are top tier. I love my new home.
Most luxurious community you will find in this area! It's right next to Interstate 20 but has a quiet, small-town feel. Enjoy local BBQ, shopping and more!
