I have been very pleased with the family atmosphere of the residents here. Administration seems to be on the ball and responds promptly and professionally when I need them. Prices reasonable. Happy atmosphere.
I moved here in December and so far I have enjoyed living here. Everyone seems to be friendly and helpful.There are plenty of activities you can be busy all of the time if you chose to be.

Over the past three years as a satisfied resident at Manor2, I've much appreciated the "quiteness" of my apartment (location). Overall I'm pleased with the productivity and kindness of the staff members. In this community of about 250 residents, several staff members remember and call most (all) residents by their first names!! The amenities are excellent with all utilities except phone included in rent. I've always been impressed with the quality and variety of daily activities that residents can participate in!! Dorchester=Manor is an impressive community for Seniors to reside at. SR 06-04-25
Nice place to live. Activities are great. Staff is very good . Personal is so good to me. All activities keep us going . So many things offered to enjoy in dining room. Wish dining room was open on weekends. When you don’t drive not easy to have food available to eat.
I have only lived here just shy of 6 months. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I am new to the area coming from a Midwestern state to be near family. Management has been helpful with any problem or concern I have encountered. So far I am enjoying living here.
I have been here over 10 years.Manor 2 provides all my physical and mental needs.Nothing in life is perfect however,Manor 2 is a wonderful,comfortable,secure home

The Manor is everything we need. Our apartment is spacious and it is nice not to have to be concerned about maintaining a house anymore; everything is taken care of for us here. They have a good variety of activities here also, including shopping trips and eating out. We even have our cat.
Any new resident would be please with how consistently QUIET it is living here. And no more multiple bills to pay....only the rent and phone. Residents are friendly and staff members are responsive to your needs.
The staff and the community made it very easy to pick this community. The move-in process was was very good. It was a great choice for me.

Overall, after 3 plus weeks at the Manor apt, I have been reasonably pleased with my decision to move here. The most impressive observation is the level of "quietness" around my apartment....in all the halls.... and outside the building. The air conditioning settings in my apt. may need some altered adustments.

The Manor is a wonderful place to live. It has everything I could want in a 55 and over non-smoking community: it is extremely quiet, as if located on a country road and yet is very close to doctors' offices, medical facilities and shopping, the apartments are spacious and clean, the pricing is fair, the staff is exceptionally qualified and responsive to our requests and needs (always with a gracious and respectful attitude), it offers a wide variety of activities and special events, it provides bus transportation to grocery stores, restaurants and events, and, perhaps most important, our neighbors are kind and gentle people with whom we can share quality friendships only to the extent that we want.

The Manor 3 is gorgeous with an appliances as well as a laundry room. The ceilings are 12’ high with plenty of windows to bring in the sunshine. We have a handicapped apartment. It allows my husband to do anything he wishes. Our apartment was redecorated with light blue walls. Our rooms are spacious. The staff are very friendly and kind. The food is wonderful. Everywhere you go it is beautifully appointed. It is a delight to live here. If anyone is looking for a new apartment, please come here.

This is the most beautiful apartment I’ve ever seen. It is spacious with all of the amenities. Great for a fully handicapped place. Everyone here is very kind friendly and eager to help with smiles on their faces and cheerful voices. We are thrilled thankful to be here
