I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They WILL take your application fee and never run a background check which means they have no intentions on approving you. The neighborhood was just in the news for a previous shooting there. Management communication is horrible and they are down right inconsiderate and rude! DO NOT WASTE YOUR APPLICATION MONEY HERE!
please dont let these pictures fool you! this place is horrendous! also your application fee money WILL be wasted. you will not get a response from this company for days and they will treat you as if you are bothering THEM. the management team is TRASH. do not waste your time and efforts

The Domain Apartments along with the Management Team is the worst (HORRIBLE). I have never stayed at a facility that switched management as much as them. You cannot get any assistance. The office is never open and when it is... its disappointing. I have requested to be let out of my lease early that's how disappointed I am with this company. The Domain owner knows what type of Management Team they are hiring and they do not care... It about MONEY for them... IT shows. My toilet has been broken (water just running) for the entire month. Maintenance has come in and fixed the toilet chain 3 times and as of today... Its broke again. I have went to the office all this week. Monday was a holiday... But Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Today must be a holiday for them as well. No one is in the office...I even called and placed a maintenance request 5 days ago and NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. What type of business is this. I hate it here. I would never ever apply for any property that the Domains own... HORRIBLE. IF anyone gives this company a 3 to 5 star rating you must do not live here... I have spoken with many residents and everyone I spoke with feels the same way. Do NOT Move here... you will regret it... That's a promise. YOLANDA COFFEE
Doggie park has been neglected and not maintained/cleaned for months-every 10 meters there is a pile of animal poop on the ground or grass- BACK porch stairs falling apart .. roaches and rats.. smells like poop and TRASH early in the morning until late night! PAINTING over fixtures and calling it an UPGRADE ?? IF YOU Have standards ..I would not recommend this Complex -The photos are not current..
This apt is nothing short of awful, the pictures are fake, there are always roaches and rats in the apt, when I lived here I was woken up on a regular basis by the police because of my neighbors, the stairs were rotting and were falling apart, then when I told them I would not be renewing in 3 separate occasions they still were trying to charge me for multiple months of rent. Do yourself a favor and move elsewhere.
I’ve been here for 2 months now and the leasing office is no help. I upgraded to a newer apartment, but paint was chip off the doors, the stove had only two working tops out of the four, I constantly had roaches and other bugs , the mailbox was broken when I moved in here it was never fixed, and currently I am getting evicted because the leasing office never contacted me about my rent, for adding charges that were already paid, as well as not contacting me letting me know that there were going to be changes to my rent after I signed a lease agreement to a specific amount. Nobody in the leasing office including the manager is working to help me because I am out on a workers comp injury. They refused to help me and kept telling me that I needed to pay The money that I owe them and that I was being evicted because of it. I was also told that an eviction notice was supposed to be sent out last month and it wasn’t and that I had to be out of here by the 16th.
Location and size of one bedroom apartment is great. However, the office staff is not very communicative and maintenance is slow to fix repairs. In addition, to placing a work order on the website, I have had to email, stop by, called, contacted corporate office and even file better business bureau before anyone stopped by to fix major issues. Issues including washer dryer hook up, broken dishwasher, and security concerns. I dread having to submit more work orders in the future because the office staff sometimes does not answer emails and can be short when you follow up about concerns.
