The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The District
My sons and I have peacefully lived here for many years from the time "The District" opened and through approximately five management transitions. Recently, I complained about twice having been confronted by an aggressive pit-bull-mix and how it posed a threat particularly to the children and the potential liability, God forbid, if anyone should get hurt. Now management appears to be harassing me and requiring recertification for the 3rd time in the last month. Coincidence? Not sure. May be time for me to move. Feeling like a third-class passenger on the Titanic. A year ago or so- I kid you not- management incentivized the residents to post positive reviews... not that tell you something. (Once positive note... I've had good experiences with the maintenance crew. Hard working fellas.)
The office people are rude and treat you like a trash.
I am happy to live in such a nice area with great schools but the rats here are running rampant by the mailboxes and trash area. I personally have been emailing management since December 2020 about it. I have seen tons of rats running through walkways and parking lot as well.
The apartments are doing the bare minimum about the rat problem. Do not move here. The health department will be receiving a call if they do not get it under control
Pros: Nice sized apartments, quieter than some, 'low' rent costs, nicely designed. Cons: Parking (WILL tow w/o pass), ONE garbage location in ENTIRE complex, SOME not so great people live here (mostly keep to yourself).
Super nice apartments! Lots of amenities. Close to a lot of places and stores. Parking is a little difficult but there are ways to handle it
Awful. Staff very rude, garbage everywhere. No parking, loud neighbors. Very negative experience.
The amenities are very nice. The clubhouse is beautifully decorated. The building exteriors are attractive but the pool/spa area is pretty barren. Wish the pool and spa were indoors. Looking at the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments - pretty average layout and size.
