About The Devonshire
Nestled on the outskirts of Downtown Phoenix, these aren't your average apartments. The Devonshire is a community of fully renovated, Mid Century Modern inspired apartment homes. It all began in the mid 1900s with a boutique motel. Like many older buildings in Phoenix, the abandoned motel was purchased and redesigned to revive the chic Mid Century Modern design with brand new amenities. Today, The Devonshire has been fully renovated with inspirations from it’s Mid Century Modern past. All of the 12 units have been designed with community in mind. The new apartments are located at 4214 North Tenth Street in Phoenix. This location offers walkability to restaurants, attractions, as well as public transportation. There’s really no place like it.
The Devonshire is an apartment community located in Maricopa County and the 85014 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Osborn Elementary District attendance zone.

Although surrounded by inhospitable desert, Phoenix is one of the largest cities in the United States, and the nation’s single largest state capital city. The area contains numerous galleries and museums, putting the people in contact with everything from the European masters to Native American craftsmanship to modern originals from Phoenix’s diverse artistic community. The Downtown cultural scene has developed into a top-notch feast of visual and performing arts, with symphony performances, live theater, and the popular First Friday exhibitions. Phoenix is also an excellent city for sports fans, being one of the few cities in America with local franchises in the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL. Several thousand students attend the two Arizona State University campuses in the city, as well as the over-50,000 who attend the main campus in neighboring Tempe.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Devonshire
Great 12 unit, single story, courtyard property in the heart of Phoenix within walking distance to Steel Indian park, the upgraded canal and a few other local gems. New updated interior finishes and a clean and quiet property. The Devonshire neighborhood is quant and great for taking walks and getting exercise. I enjoyed my time at the Devonshire.
I was at the Devonshire for 2 years and really enjoyed my stay. The management showed great care for me as tenant, and the common areas were always kept very clean. They even installed a laundry machine in my unit upon request. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who appreciates a cool mid-century modern design!
Not only was this property cheaply built and lowly maintained throughout my lease here it’s also located in a high crime area due to sitting in-between a shanty neighborhood and a facility for troubled youth. Throughout my stay here I’ve dealt with being assaulted and almost having my dog stolen and when security footage was needed the most, I had the unfortunate discovery that this property has no cameras on site despite having signs claiming 24 hour surveillance displayed. This is a major concern since the single washer and dryer for the entire 12 unit complex (that you have to pay exorbitantly inflated prices to use btw) is located outside of gated community.
