The Hillcrest neighborhood lies about three miles north of Downtown Provo. Just a few miles northwest of Brigham Young University, Hillcrest is a popular area to rent an apartment for students and people who work in the two city’s central districts. In addition to the convenient setting, the neighborhood features plenty of amenities.
Visit Carterville Park, a five-acre spread offering sports courts, a playground, and a walking path. For indoor fun, spend an afternoon at Nickel City, a large recreation center featuring eateries and more than 100 games, including laser tag. Later, head to the neighborhood’s north side to enjoy dinner at the highly-rated Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill, known for its handmade tortillas.

This wasn't my first experience with an apartment building and at first it felt like a really good environment and place to live. I really enjoyed the location of the Devon and how convenient it was. -About a month into living here they took away almost ALL the parking spots for a Cookie store that isn't actually open yet. Instead of giving there paying residents parking they want people buying cookies from a store that hasn't opened in over a year.. Parking was a nightmare and they didn't seem to care at all. They gave most the parking to construction workers over there paying residents. - The hallways always smelled like sewer and were never clean. -The elevator was the worst/slowest elevator I've ever been on. - The rooms aren't soundproof + there was construction for a year straight right outside. - Also don't accidently burn something in the oven because they will charge you for "smoking violations" without any proof. -Completely overpriced. -We were told we could get a garage for parking in 4-6 months after moving in and its been over a year and the garages aren't even close to being done. -The management was very rude except for one worker named "Jenna" who is no longer there. -Overall it was the worst experience I've had with an apartment building. I would strongly recommend going to a place with a less convenient location.
Management ignored application submissions, contacted me about needed help starting the application after it had already been submitted, ghosted me after telling them I sent it and asking if dues needed to be paid then, and contacted the other applicant with me the next day saying someone already paid to reserve the place. Garbage management
