I’ve tried contacting Decko Apartments multiple times and have been sent straight to voicemail every single time. I even left a voicemail and never received a call back. What makes it worse is that when my girlfriend calls, they pick up immediately — which tells me they choose who they feel like speaking to. The customer service is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. The property may look nice, but the experience with the staff has been disappointing. It comes across like the people working there think they’re above everyone else, and it shows in how they treat potential residents. Definitely not the type of service you’d expect when considering a new home.

I'm reviewing based on my first impressions of the place. The complex is absolutely stunning, with luxury features, and great amenities. The area where the complex is located is great because it has many surrounding restaurants, Whole Foods, and shopping centers. I love how the apartment building itself offers access to stores and an Orange Theory. I was given a tour and shown various units, all units that I loved. The tour was overall a great experience, and I was really given a glimpse of what it would be like to live in this community.
Renting a place here is worth investing in. The swimming pool, fitness room, living room are lovely, and my guests are always blown away

SLX has lots of beautiful floor plans and superb equipment. I had a genuinely fantastic experience visiting the apartments at the SLX. I really loved the cabanas and loungers, and someone even had the huge TV on in front of the performance stage when I was there.

I love this place!! The office is so helpful and attentive. Especially Albert, from day one he’s been super helpful. He put me in the best apartment ever. I would highly recommend staying here. Make sure you ask for the leasing consultant Albert because he will roll out the red carpet for you.

This is (by far) the best place I’ve lived in Atlanta. From the luxurious amenities to the friendly people, I can honestly say I absolutely love living here. I’ll highlight a few of my favorite things: No loud noises - I’m not sure if these walls are just really thick but I haven’t heard any of the typical noises you hear when living in an apartment building. The amenities- If you are into entertaining, this place is perfect. The pool, gym, lounge, rooftop areas are absolutely beautiful and my guests are always blown away. Modern 2 Story Lofts- I’ve been trying to find one of these in Atlanta for years but most of the places I found were older. The lofts here are modern, chic, airy and bright. The people- Everyone I’ve met here is so kind. It’s a diverse crowd of down-to-earth, professional individuals and I’ve already made some new friends :) If you’re thinking about moving here, DO IT. You won’t regret it.
