Since I have moved in here, there have been nothing but problems with them. They have been throwing in extra fees that normal apartments don't do. They tried to charge us $55 for something that happened when we didn't even live there. They charge for 2 different trash services, which equals to $45 a month. Their maintenance team is terrible. Not only would they "complete" the work orders without actually coming to the place, after you put it in 5 times and then go to the office and make them come over, they mansplain and gaslight you into thinking there is nothing wrong, so they don't have to do work. Once, when someone actually did show up, they came into the apartment when no one was home and was snooping around my roommate's room. She has a camera in her room, so we were able to see it. He was supposed to be spraying the kitchen, but he was going into her room and bathroom, not spraying. We have lived here for almost a year and our A/C never was fixed, all we were told is we were on a list to get it sucked out but when we asked to see the list or where we were on it, they told us we couldn't know that. Our rent changed every month, and I am not talking about utilities. The rent itself changed every month, even when we were in a lease. They somehow double charged us for utilities and now are trying to get us to pay 2 months of utilities after we move out. I have never had so many problems with one place in my life. My partner also lives in this complex with their roommates. They had black mold in their unit and the front office didn't seem to care very much. They would have to go up to the office every day and try to get them to help because every time my partner and his roommates would clean, it would be back almost within a few hours. If you are looking to rent here, I would think again. There are many nicer, cheaper, more respectful complexes in the area.

I wanted to take the time to appreciate the whole management at The Debra MetroWest. They are courteous and alway willing to help. Thank you all Taylor, Priscilla, Rosa, and Karen, and the entire maintenance team who works extremely hard in trying to keep the units and the shared areas in optimal conditions. All areas are well kept and clean. Landscaping is also well taken care of. Units are well maintained and to show how good they are they just checked everyone’s AC units this past June to ensure we are all in optimal shape for the summer. We have lived there at this apartment complex for almost 10 years and thus far this has been the best management company that we have ever had. Again thank you for all your hard work and for always doing the best you can to keep your residents happy.

Terrible communication from the leasing office. They don’t answer their phone or email. The front gates are always broken. My apartment had water damage in all the cabinets and when I complained all maintenance did was pain over it. They charge you for every little thing with all their hidden fees. I think it’s crazy that the washer and dryer aren’t included in the rent. They are $40 extra on your rent and when you ask them to be removed because you have your own washer and dryer they say no. I moved out after a year and they refused to give me my deposit back. They don’t enforce any of their rules. Terrible management.

At First I Was Excited To Move To This Beautiful Area , But upon moving in (2021) I experienced having an air conditioning unit that completely turns off by itself once it reaches your desired ac temperature . It would be times I walk into my home and I check the ac and the humidity would say almost 85 degrees when I left my ac on 72 ? IF YOU LIKE QUIET , Please do not move here ! The walls are VERY THIN , You can hear your neighbors arguing .. This Place Does not have designated dog walking area so be prepared to smell poop every where you walk . The Gates to the apartment always breaks down when it is raining heavily so sometimes you have to go through the other gate ( which is always open) when were supposed to be paying for a gated Community . The management workers are amazing ! Especially ms Rosa ! She is amazing . Ms Taylor can be nice as well but only nice to the new tenants , once your there for a minute say goodbye to the nice and smiley property manager you've once spoken to. You would think that this property is very family orientated but the only time they reach out and send emails is to just remind you of their rules and regulations , I've lived at other properties across orlando and this property is the only one I've lived at so far that doesn't offer any kid friendly activities during the holidays or anything ! It Seems As if these people are just looking to fill up apartments instead of handling the basic needs for a happy tenant , People are blasting music at night time and they don't even offer 24 hour maintenance ! if you have a problem at home and need maintenance just don't bother calling after 6pm. They are already gone

Great place to call home, Staff are helpful and friendly. I'll definitely recommend arium metrowest to all. Maintenance is awesome.

The best part of Arium is the office staff and maintenance team. The townhomes floor plans plus the great location to everything.

I love the community and the surrounding areas are very lovely. Staff is always very pleasant. No complaints and I'm trusting that I won't have any either.

So far its been great since 2016 that we moved from Wisconsin to Florida, weve been always been treated with professionalism! The maintenance staff is the best: Roberto, Angel, Robert...

The complex has a lovely setting. Overall I like the townhouse. There are some minor issues that I'm still waiting to get fixed. I wish they used a better pest control company like Massey or Terminix, someone who could identify the large ants I have by sight at least and know how to effectively treat and prevent them. And I wish they kept the trash compactor area clean or one that residents could operate to dispose of their garage properly instead of leaving a mound of trash in front of it. Location is nice, near a lot of stores and activities yet still tucked off in a quiet scenic area. Overall happy with living experience here so far.

I found Arium Metrowest after Id lost out on another apartment. The staff was helpful and informative, and I was able to schedule a tour to view the floor plan I was interested in. Once I decided to apply, the staff continued to be helpful and accommodating, and explained anything that I was confused about. My move-in day was super easy, and Im very pleased with my new place! Looking forward to my lease here!

Great complex with staff who care and are helpful.

I am really enjoying my townhome. You can tell it has been upgraded to keep with the times and the pools, gym and fishing pier are excellent additions. The staff was very helpful and understanding in my need to move into my place ASAP and they provided excellent service.

Nice, quiet area to live. Love my view of the lake front.

Weve been living here since 2016 and we noticed that theyre always has been improvement for service and support, we are gladly renewing our contract for 2021-22

The Arium is conveniently located in the heart of Merto West which is surrounded with great schools and community activities. The staff at The Arium is wonderful especially Jovanna! She was most helpful during the leasing process and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

We have seen the improvement over the years and we are very satisfied with the staff members, maintenance, and diligent support. Every one in maintenance has been very helpful and professional, they always have a great attitude and theyre genuinely willing to help.

I think ARIUM Metrowest is in a good place and great place for families. The reason I say that is because there are multiple schools near by and plenty of shopping centers and fast food as well. I haven't had an issues with neighbors at all.

I loved it from the outside initially which is why I chose to rent. But this first month has not been what I expected at all and hope to soon have better feelings toward this experience . As of now I wouldnt recommend ARIUM based on this first month.

this condo really surprised me, because it has a great structure, good employees, from the office to the people who do the repairs and maintenance in the apartment and also in the external area of the building

We lived here for a 1 year and now I can write an adequate review. I love this place. The girls in the office are always nice to us and helpful if there's a problem. Employees come quickly if there's a problem with the apartment. I also like that there's a beautiful wild lake nearby. I like to go out early in the morning and enjoy the beautiful lake and the birds singing. There are also two swimming pools in the complex, so it is comfortable to swim even in the hottest times. In 5 minutes drive there is Publix, pharmacy, dry cleaning and park - which is also very convenient! The price relative to other residential complexes that are nearby is inexpensive, if you consider that the repair and kitchen are modern and almost new. I did not have problems with the neighbors in my building. We live on the ground floor and we are lucky to have quiet adults living above us and their steps can only be heard during daytime. But if they had little children running and jumping over us all day, I think that would be a problem for us. Now I want to write about what I think should be improved in this residential complex. First of all, a lot of tenants have dogs, and we too, but on the territory of the complex there are VERY FEW urns for poop! Only 5 for the whole huge complex! So there is a big problem and you can often see poop on the grass. I think this problem wouldn't exist if the poop urns was more. And it would also be good to put up signs that the owners must clean up after their dogs. Two, don't washing the dumpsters, either inside or outside. So when you walk past the apartments you can smell the stench of the dumpsters. Let the complex offer at least a paid garbage can wash service, if it is not included in the rent. Because it is impossible to wash them yourself. Thirdly, there is no barrier at the gate, so you can see several cars constantly entering the complex after residents without a key. The gate does not protect against undesirable passage of thieves and crooks! That's why some of my neighbors are missing parcels at the door. I think the management of the complex should seriously consider installing a barrier. We have extended our lease for another year and we will see if there will be good changes in this complex or not.

Friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, clean property! Cant go wrong!

Arium Metrowest is a nice place to live.

Friendly front office staff, plenty of parking, close to a lot of key business (groceries, auto parts stores, restaurants, mall, etc..) quiet peaceful neighborhood, lots of dogs, friendly people

The service provided by maintenance is always on time with the best attitude. Both Angel and Roberto are willing to help and they pay attention to detail. Ive been recommending my friends and family to move to Arium Metrowest all the time.

Very clean, quiet and modern, i would stay another year if it wasnt for space, my family grew so i need more room and at a lower rate.

I have lived in ARIUM MetroWest for two months and they cannot get rid of the roaches in my apartment! As a paying resident, you are entitled to at least a basic standard of living. Im not not getting that here at ARIUM at MetroWest because Im living with roaches! Management has had the pest control company to complete two special treatments within the two months that Ive been here, but Im still seeing roaches. Its a problem bigger than local management I think. The building seems to be infested.

Heartless and cold. Stay away

Since four years ago I have never had a bad experience and whatever challenge there is either administration or the maintenance personnel has always solved it in a timely manner.

BEWARE the staff members here care only about commission. They will do anything to get you to move you then you get ROAST.

We have just moved in but we are very happy with Arium so far. the office staff is very friendly and we had one issue which required service hen we moved in and it was handled very prompt and professionally. The maintenance man was very friendly as well. This community's already heads above our previous two.
