Leasing office is the laziest office I've ever seen, and the billing system is whack they will triple charge you for water and electric. Theres been dog poop on the ground inside building 3 where a leasing agent lives for at least 4 months now. I just keep waiting for the day when its finally picked up I would have done it myself by now ,but this is serious stuff; it requires a mop, etc. So gross!

The apartment itself is wonderful. They are quick with maintenance request. Parking is definitely an issue. You have your pay for covered parking if you want to park near your home and work late. (Like past 6-7) Individuals park in the handicap parking with no repercussions. Towing is only enforced when it’s paid parking spots. As far as staff it’s a mixed vibe kind of depends on the day, but never an absolute horrible encounter.

Please stop building extra covered spaces and taking away the free parking not all of us want to pay for parking. I work till late and have to park almost 3 buildings away from my apartment that late. Its sad and making me rethink renewing my lease.

Overall I’d say living at this complex was good. Our ac did go out a couple times but they were quick to fix it. It is under new management and things seem to be improving!

Our experience has been good so far. It’s quiet for the most part, the amenities are nice, and the property is almost always clean which is a huge plus.

Pros first: quiet, clean, lovely interiors (aesthetics not construction). Cons: poorly built just about every one of my walls is bowing, went to the office early in my lease with a problem and was rudely dismissed, maintenance can get to you quick but is lazy about doing the work right, barely any guest parking spots, and they are constantly coming up with ways to come into your apartment such as “preventative maintenance” and “mandatory inspections” barging into your apartment about one to two times every month. Overall if you’re use to apartments being apartments, then add a star or two to this review. But I find the way they operate extremely inconvenient and annoying.
Very nice aesthetic, lacks on amenities usage from stuff constantly being broken or unfinished. The buildings are settling and causing the doors to have problems shutting and sealing. The office ladies are good to work though.
Really enjoy living in these apartments! The staff are really nice and helpful! The amenities are really nice, we love grilling by the pool and spending time in the clubhouse! Our dog enjoys the dog park a lot! There are a few people that don’t pick up their dogs poop unfortunately but the complex picks it up every couple days
This place is awesome. The location is great it’s close to Alliance Center, easy access to 287/I-35, and there are plenty of things to do around. It’s a great place to live.
The people who live in this community are dirty and completely disrespectful of any rules. People never pick up their animal excrement. They let their dogs urinate in the elevator and in the halls. Stuff is always getting broken, especially gym equipment and then it takes forever to get fixed. The staff is very nice and they try as hard as they can but you can't keep people from being gross and negligent. For the rent we pay there should be a way to enforce the rules a little better.
Really have no complaints. I love living here. I genially feel safe at this complex. I also love the amenities. The gym is really nice and pool also
The apartments are really nice as well as the property management team and maintenance team. Spaces are always clean and we like living here.
Utter lack of enforcement of the rules. The residents don’t seem interested in taking care of anything. Trash is always overflowing, and the smell of pot is everywhere
Experience and amenities here at Presidium have been amazing and the pet amenities show this to be one of the most pet friendly place I have been. Staff are always welcoming and ready to help with any questions or issues.
Not enough guest parking, noisy (especially person above me and Trash pick up), everyone’s balcony lights around courtyard appear to not be working anymore including mine.
Love the amenities and surrounding neighborhood. The park is just a short bike ride away and we enjoy walking over to the pond and feeding the ducks!
I moved in about 6 months ago. I have only one complaint and that is the parking shortage. Aside from that, this place has been great! The girls in the office are always really helpful and the place is pretty well taken care of!
I love these apartments! The staff is so friendly & helpful! Everyone in the community has been friendly & welcoming. I love how they plan activities & have food trucks. Highly recommend!

We love living here. Its such a great start to our marriage!! We are still getting settled in, but we have high hopes that we will soon make this place feel like a true home.

I love the huge gym and the floor plans with large bathrooms and walk in closets! My dog loves the dog park. It’s always clean and my neighbors are courteous.
Nice quiet and comfortable! That’s how I would describe this community. Best move I’ve made so far. The convenience of the pet spa and car wash only add to the comfort you’ll experience here.
Great community, great amenities. It’s a really nice and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are very festive during the holidays and the office always has events going on.
Overall quiet and nice place to live. Lovely office staff. And free coffee, great place for dogs, very nice pool. The only thing that could make it better is the gym equipment being fixed and having bench’s and the fire pits make to work.
Amazing so far office staff address issues quick! Dog park could be clean and sanitized every other week especially with the dog virus going around nation wide! But I love it here

It’s a nice, clean community. The amenities are great and very well kept up. I never feel unsafe thanks to the gates and the locking of the outside entry doors at night.
I enjoy living here. There just isn’t enough parking space for everyone. By 7-8pm sometimes I just can’t get a parking. And There are more people still moving in.
This is the best apartment community I’ve ever lived in. Been here over 7 months and it’s been all worth it. Noise and neighbor's are very quiet. Amenities are amazing and staff is always friendly. So glad I chose this place as my new home. Oh and my cat loves it too lol.

We love our location . We have nice neighbors and the maintenance staff is very helpful. We feel safe with our gated entrance and closed doors at 10:00.

This complex has been very accommodating! When maintenance is needed they are quick to respond to needs! The dog spa is a huge plus because picking up our 50 pound dog to put in the bath isn’t easy!
Everything is great. Move in is a Must and very clean and maintenance oriented. Great office staff and great neighbors. Comfortable living space and quiet environment.
