The Dagny Midtown Apartments

From the touring, application and move-in process, I am excited to leave Janae and The Dagny team a five star review. Janae went above and beyond to help me find my dream apartment. She addressed all of my questions clearly and was proactive in ensuring I had everything I needed for moving in. Their staff is also incredibly kind and took every measure to make sure my family and I were comfortable. Even when I had a maintenance request, the issue was resolved within the same day. I am still pleasantly surprised by how smooth the entire process has been! Thank you Janae, you are such a joy to work with and I am so grateful for all your help.

I toured this property again after briefly seeing it last year and it was beautiful. You can feel the warm energy in the building when you walk in and it smells very welcoming when you walk in. Janae was amazing, super informative and friendly. I didn't catch the concierge's name, unfortunately, but he was super helpful as well. Amazing customer service and I would absolutely consider living here.

This is a stunning apartment building! I had a tour with Janae who was extremely patient with me and displayed wonderful hospitality. I could see the courteous way she treated the residents we came across in the hallway and elevator during our tour and could tell that she was a true professional. I toured several apartments in the area, and Janae definitely stood out as going a step above.

I recently moved into The Dagny and was very impressed with how smooth and welcoming the transition process was. The staff has been very welcoming from Day 1. Janae provided excellent guidance with all necessary updates, she was very accommodating and professional. The Dagny is a GREAT property and the views from my apartment are amazing!

The Dagny Midtown is by far the best place to live! The building is beautiful, the amenities are top-notch, and the atmosphere truly feels like home. The Dagny Midtown Apartments truly exceeded my expectations. The property is clean, modern, and very well maintained with beautiful amenities that make it feel like a luxury resort. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Midtown, close to everything but still peaceful and private. Evan, my leasing agent, was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit. His communication and attention to detail made my move-in experience smooth and stress-free. I've lived in Atlanta for two years now and have been at the Dagny midtown for both of those years. This is a very clean property, the maintenance team handles requests quickly (usually within the first 3-4 hours), and the leasing agents/property manager are helpful whenever there's anything of concern or clarification is needed. I really don't see myself leaving the building due to the location, amenities, and service for a while.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable - easily guiding new residents around the city. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. The building is quiet and has an amazing common area!

I decided to deny my lease after being approved due to the unprofessional and rude behavior exhibited by the leasing office. The particular leasing agent I worked with was rude and off putting throughout the entire process. Starting with the tour, he had his airpods in and was looking at his phone the entire time. We walked in awkward silence unless I asked a question forcing him to look up from his phone. When I asked about the application process he said he did not think I would be approved. After applying, getting in contact with the leasing office was frustrating and my leasing agent was often extremely unprofessional on the phone. He even became confrontational after I made a complaint about the customer service to a different leasing agent, saying he listened to the recording of the call. If he is any representation of what the staff at Dagny see as acceptable I simply couldn't see myself living there.

It wa so refreshing to experience such great service during my recent tour at The Dagny! The young man, Evan who facilitated my tour was not only knowledgeable, but quite accommodating and his energy had me ready to sign up on the spot! Keep up the good work, Evan’ Phillip Moore-

When I made the appointment I was fortunate to have Evan working that day to show me around. I was blown away by the beauty of the Dagny and all it had to offer. And while the facility was one of the very best we saw, it was Evan who was and is the differentiating factor that puts the Dagny at the top of our list! Evan was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the property. He was able to help us understand all the models, the multiple considerations of floor, floor location, sun exposure, etc. He was extremely patient with us and all of our questions. He warmly greeted all the current residents we saw throughout the tour, referring to each one by their name. He did an excellent job of sharing all of the unique features with all of your amenities (such as the separation of the grills for more private gatherings) and he took the time to share with us the decor books and finish work options. What has been truly head and shoulders over any other leasing agent or property however is Evans accessibility and responsiveness after our visit. He has been outstanding! He has responded quickly to questions, sending videos of models, and providing additional perspective. Evan has been a huge enabler in helping us navigate this process with enthusiasm, expertise, responsiveness, and most importantly understanding and kindness. Evan is a huge asset to Carter-Haston and the Dagny property and we feel blessed to have met him.

I put in an application and was denied for “insufficient income” which I make well over the 3x rent requirement. I emailed the dagny about there possibly being a mistake, never heard back from them. I also never got my deposit back after emailing them about that too. After reading these other bad reviews I’m taking this as my sign not to come here!!

For the love of all that is holy, don't waste your money living here. If I can save one person from this place it'll be worth the time it took to write this. This place is the definition of a fake “luxury" building that takes your money and offers bottom of the barrel in return. Can’t even take a decent bath. 1. They advertise those large baths, but you won’t get anywhere near enough hot water to take one. 2. You will have to walk to the lobby for any deliveries you have. This includes DoorDash and groceries. 3. They messed up my original lease causing me to move in an entire month later, into a unit on a lower floor that was more expensive. When I originally moved in, management was so neglectful I didn't even get an official walkthrough. 4. If you receive a large package, there is no usable cart to bring it up. The only thing the building offers is a small, janky hotel cart with wheels that barely work that can’t fit most large items. 5. There are so many dogs in the building that the outside of the building is riddled with excrement because people wait last minute to walk them and they go outside the door. 6. The management doesn't respond to emails AT ALL. So if you have an issue, you might as well call the police directly. 7. The mail room is a disaster. And I probably still have several packages buried somewhere in there. 8. My floor constantly smells like weed. When management wouldn't do anything, I asked to move, and they said it was a minimum of a six-month stay and an additional $1,000. 9. The quality of materials this place is built with is very poor. For instance the bathtubs sink when you step in them. All in all, DON'T DO IT! Pay for a newer building that actually tries. This place is not it.

First the property is beautiful!!!! Marquelle was the perfect guide! I usually do self guided tours when I do these, but he has changed that for me. If I can get a guide like him everywhere I go that would be amazing! He knew the answer to every question and he gave us nice little fun facts/information that was very helpful that I would’ve never thought to ask. Amazing amazing amazing tour and amazing property. Dagney is definitely looking to be worth every penny and is number 1 on my list so far. Thank you Marquelle for all your help and amazing tour!!

Whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE. This place has been hell since the day I moved in. Last night, I just had my 2nd attempted break-in by a RESIDENT. I know this is a resident because after the 1st attempt I installed a security camera at my door. After eventually seeing the camera, the proceeded to remove it from the wall and steal it. Fortunately, I have everything on the Cloud. I was told by Leasing that this was NOT the resident's first attempt at doing this - of course, I was never given this safety-relevant information prior to signing a lease. This is in addition to the extremely loud DJ pool parties on Sundays, my Uber Eats being stolen in the lobby (again, by a resident), and a leasing office that has a very difficult time responding to emails from residents. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - do yourself a favor and do not live here. Worst apartment experience of my life.

If you like wild parties, loud hip hop music, and the smell of pot in the building, this is the place for you.

The Daany is the pertect place to call "home". The entire staff & concierge team always greet you with a smile and are very helpful when catering to our needs. The building and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly stewards & maintenance workers. The convenience or the elevator al the Daanv's amenities are spectacular. The workout room is open 24/7 is almost never crowded, the theater is very comionable, the Sky View Is amazing and the pool area is wondertul. The Daany could not be better located It's in walking distance of a variety of restaurants. bars stores and Piedmont Park. live alone here and I teel as though this is one of the safest buildinas and areas nave ever lived in. I have enjoved my time here so far and will continue to recommend it to others. Also Madison and Jordan are the best.
