Property Ratings at Crown, The
Literally if you don’t want company this is your place. They literally just paint the walls lol don’t even fix any damage just cover them. Yes rent is cheap, but they’ll do anything to make you uncomfortable and unsafe in your living area. The maintenance have no respect and when reported they do not care if you want to stay good luck

PLEASE do yourself a favor and do NOT live here. Yes it’s cheap rent but I’m not kidding when I say you get what you pay for... our kitchen sink completely flooded over our entire kitchen and into the living room and on the carpet. The maintenance people are extremely kind, but the complex did absolutely nothing to help fix this issue. It took over a week and dozens of phone calls to FINALLY get them to bring a plumber out. The complex is so cheap they didn’t even bring an actual company out, until those various phone calls were made a week and a half into the whole process. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate us for living in a unit for a week and a half without being able to use our kitchen or sink. NOW, 3 months later, they just told us we have to completely move everything out of our apartment because they want to tear down our ceilings. Once again, they are doing absolutely nothing to accommodate us for having to move out of an apartment we have a lease signed for until December 2021. They are giving us 5 boxes to move everything out of our unit. 5 boxes. I am in disbelief with this place and their management. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money to live somewhere else.
It is not ideal. The front office won’t work with you on anything. They tow like crazy while Campus Pointe doesn’t even require designated parking. Maintenance is hit or miss. Spent an entire week with no heat during the winter. They no longer have mailboxes. And towards the end of my lease I felt uncomfortable walking around the complex because of a shooting in the 500 building that was related to gang violence.

This apartment is beautiful and very good prices. It's near wku so what could be better than that? It's nice on the inside and out and has so many services! They have a pool and a gym and wifi! What more could you want? And that's not all that they serve! If you go to wku, you could easily ride a bike to class! This place is the place to live! It's a great pick if you ask me! Live here and you wouldn't be sorry!
The Pointe at Western is so great. Best living area, patio/balcony, washer and dryer, pool and gym, close radius to WKU, and super affordable. Recommended to anybody, student or not, to move here!!!
