Nice apartments

Apartments are nice however, Base rent has been increasing so I am starting to feel like they are getting a little overpriced for what you receive. I can’t speak for all of the floor plans just mine specifically. Maintenance does respond to repair requests quickly which is nice. There are a lot of dogs here, lots of dog poo in the grass areas that doesn’t get cleaned and sone are agressive. Have been reported to the office but am just always told they’ll “look into it” same with noise concerns

Don’t live here

I loved my time at Chapel Hill but the move out process is disturbing and unethical. My roommates and I left our apartment cleaner than when we moved in, spending 8 hours cleaning, we followed the move out checklist to a T and did extra cleaning as well. Thinking we wouldn’t be charged with anything but some patches to be filled on the walls. We were shocked to find out we were being finned with OUR BLINDS MISSING in the bedrooms?! And for stains UNDERNEATH the carpet once it was tore up they became visible, which those stains were at a spot in the living room that our couch covered. I know for a fact we didn’t take our blinds or leave huge stains in carpet. Very disappointing and disturbing from Chapel Hill. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

SEE THE APARTMENT FIRST

SEE THE UNIT BEFORE YOU APPLY. They look nothing like the “Staged apartment” they show you. I’m very upset with what we were told versus what we are receiving. Our move in day is supposed to be tomorrow, and we wanted to view the apartment before signing the lease. We went to see it today and it is nothing like what we were told. Old appliances, different furnishings, no storage area, etc… We applied and paid a holding fee because we were told that these apartments looked identical to the one we saw. We are extremely upset and feel as though we were lied to. I would look elsewhere.

Not a good idea!

Dog doo EVERYWHERE, dangerous dogs. My washer and dryer are from Goodwill, the Chrome faucets are heavily scratched (rented that way) Loud exhaust, extremely rude immature, tenants, and noise, Housekeeping smoking and disrespectful and lacks integrity. Management is trying, better than I have ever had...just too much...

Don't Waste Your Time and Money!

I told the lease consultant that I have two dogs, and she replied that they would be fine. She did not ask what breeds (Husky). I placed my deposit, application fee, and two pet application fees. They called back and said that my application was denied because I have a Husky. I am fine with this policy, but that should have been made clear before I placed my deposit via debit card. Now, to make matters worse they will not return the deposit for 2 weeks and will be by check in the mail. I have also lost over $100 in application fees. I am glad to find out that this management company operated in an unscrupulous manner before I signed the lease, yet I am frustrated for the waste of my time, loss of money, and long delay for my deposit return. It took 30 seconds to take my money, yet several weeks to return in. This is just not right!

Nice apartment, nice area, lots of noise

The apartments are large - 900 square feet for a 1 bedroom. That's good. They're well appointed. Inside the apartment, it's pleasant. The common building is nice...pool table, nice gym, spa/pool area are all good. The office staff is pleasant. However, your experience here will largely depend on the neighbors you're lucky (or unlucky) enough to draw. Unfortunately, my draw has not been so lucky. My neighbors seem to be a group of people in their 20s who slam the door multiple times whenever they come or go, and spend their evenings yelling, screaming, and listening to really loud music. It permeates the apartment. There is no way to lodge an anonymous complaint (I don't want to create bad will with my neighbors...), and it does not seem like the management even tries to do anything at all about the noise (like walk around proactively and see where noise might be coming from).

I I would not recommend this apartment for Rentals to any of my friends or family unfortunately the staff are rude and there is no parking and you are restricted on the Internet through spectrum and charter

We understand that in certain areas it can get hard to find a parking space so you may have to park further than you would like. We would be happy to assist you in renting a carport so you have a reserved spot to park every night! As far as internet goes, Spectrum is the only internet company that will service our property. We have tried many times to get CenturyLink to become a provider, however they will not and that is a business decision that they themselves have made. We do not know of any other internet provider in this area, but hopefully as our region grows, so will the internet options available to us all! We appreciate your feedback and would love the chance to discuss this in person so we can understand how we have upset you and how we can do better in the future.

I moved cross country from Florida into the Crossings at Chapel Hill. I did not get a chance to see the area or apartments in person until I moved in but because of the crew at Crossings it didn't matter. They helped me get a great understanding of the area and apartments. When I texted them over and over they were patient and when I was a day late for a contest they let me join. They are informative, kind and that's just the people. The apartment I'm in is a 2/2 and it has so much space we literally don't have enough to fill it. The deep pantry is a nice feature but don't forget there's also tons of cabinets! I'm pretty paranoid so the locks and lock bars on the sliding door to the patio is a feature o really appreciate. I love it here.

An Excellent Experience

My husband and I have been here for a little over a year now. We moved from the across the state. They made the whole process as easy and smooth as possible. The apartment is so spacious. Whenever we have complaints they are resolved asap. It's nice to have management be consistent and thorough in investigating and resolving issues. The maintenance is polite and respond quickly. We really are so happy to be here. We love the location of the apartments it's close to all of the shopping areas on Rd 68 but far enough away to be peaceful.

Huge 1 bedroom

i love my apartment. It's a very large one bedroom. 1052 sq ft. I have a great view from my balcony and it's very quiet. The neighbors are kind and helpful.

Bad management...

They have nice apartments I like the area close to shopping. But the management is horrible. The have fees for everything and even though it was a misunderstanding on their part they won't own up to it. Jeez.. I would stay away from here and find some other apartments with better management. Also there is only one pool for the whole complex and one jacuzzi they both are broken the jacuzzi doesn't bubble heat up and the pool light is broken and floating inside the pool with the wires exposed. They have been told about it but nothing has been done about it. Ridiculous!!!!

Good and Bad

PROS Great location, we loved the convenience of road 68. Loved how amenities were easily available. Pretty small Gym, but it was hardly ever packed. Quiet neighborhood. We lived on the second floor, and balcony gave us a beautiful view. CONS Our monthly payment always seemed to change by a dollar or so, we were always so confused about what our payment was, and the staff weren't too good at explaining the situation. it all goes down hill once you end your lease. You most likely are not getting your deposit back after closing, no matter how clean you leave your apartment. And do expect the most ridiculous fees after ending your lease.

Best apartment in the Tri-Cities

I moved from out of state so my experience may be slightly unique. I did all of my searching online and through conversations. I had 2 new coworkers also recommend this complex. However, I never saw any apartment in person. Regardless of that aspect, the leasing manager is superb. You will not find a better person to work with! I am sure she is like this if you meet her in person or only via email/phone. Even so, I have been blown away by her thoughtfulness and ease of working with. The apartment management team is also excellent. They do everything they can to assist, make you comfortable, and are friendly as heck. I am truly the beneficiary of this great experience and would recommend this apartment to everyone and anyone.
