We are located in a beautiful residential setting in Brooklyn Center, on a quiet cul-de-sac with lots of green space, mature trees, gorgeous landscaping, patios with furniture, gas grills and fire pits, walking paths, gardens and more. Our location, by Interstate I-694 and Highways 100 & 252, gives you easy access to anywhere in the Twin City Metro area in just minutes! We offer a variety of floor plans to choose from, making it easy to find the one that best meets your needs. Our 1 bedroom, 1+Den and 2 Bedroom apartment homes have been updated with new Corian countertops, appliances, light fixtures and faucets. Our apartment homes have 3-season porches, plenty of closet space, in-unit washer/dryer and community laundry rooms.
