BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE!!!! I applied and paid all the fees and they ghosted me until the day before I was supposed to move in. Approved me but never sent a lease to sign. I called and emailed over and over! Their support team eventually sent me a survey (obviously I didn’t leave a raving review) and they reached out to rectify. I had to find another place to live (since I never heard from them and didn’t have a lease signed or a welcome letter until ONE DAY before my move-in) the support team advised they would help in any way. All I requested was they cooperate with my bank to get my fees refunded, which they did not. Nearly $600 for them and an immense amount of stress and anxiety for me. Do not be fooled by the nice tours, they are unorganized, unprofessional and I would never ever recommend this place.

Needs to be more done about people not picking up their dog waste and keeping them under control even on leashes. And roaches. While my apartment was serviced 2x, roaches continue to revisit. IMP every apartment should be treated on a regular basis
I do like my apartment but have experienced lack of things being done before I moved in and the ice maker still does not work.
Loving the amenities, especially the pool and gym , they are kept really clean and neat. I would recommend the community, if the person I was talking to was looking in this price range.
Coming from New York I can appreciate living in a clean community as well as the courteous manner in which each maintenance worker carried out their tasks and adressed myself and family
I would recommend Crosby. They only thing that made it not have a 5 is the amount of animal/pet wast that was constantly on the sidewalks, surrounding areas, and common spaces. This was just gross to have to walk around or while taking groceries inside the apartment accidentally stepping on and then bringing that into your personal space.
Community is really nice and service is great too. It is at a convenient location too

Major issue is Dog Waste around the entire property. Dog Waste is everywhere, sometimes even on the sidewalk. If there was someone getting a tour of the area, that would be a huge turnoff for them. All of my visitors comment on the amount of waste in the grass, Kids can't even play on the grassy areas because of this!
We would recommend the apartment community. The amenities and apartment were stunning. The price was the only reason why we are holding off as to applying for the apartments. You can rent a home for the same price as a 1 bedroom.

The lake/park is lovely, but community rules are not enforced. Poor neighbors with messy trash all over the stairwell and dog feces on the sidewalk every day and screaming children & loud music at the pool make less than enjoyable experience
We have already recommended the complex to more people than we can count, and 3 people have moved in because of our recommendation.
I really love this community. But getting things fixed is a hassle.my A/c is still not going below 73 at night.
I would recommend this complex as it's great value for money, the amenities are great and best of all are what I have access other stores I have access to.
The size of the apartment is small compared to the cost
I enjoy living in this community overall but there are a few things I don't like. I recently had an issue with maintenance, where it took them close to 15 hours before someone came to repair my AC unit. Also, it seems like the residence just kind of do whatever they feel like when it comes to leaving trash bags/trash cans in the hallway. On 90 degree days, the trash can really stink up the hallway and create an influx of flying and bugs. Some people place their trash in trash cans and some just simply leave the bags on the ground. Do these people not know the rules as it relates to when trash is suppose to be placed out? Why is the office not addressing this with the residence when they leave their trash out all day? It can be embarassing having people visit when the hallway smells so bad. The trash is the biggest thing. Other than that, everything else is fine and great.

Apartments weren't bad overall good maimtemce personnel. Would have wished their weren't so many restrictions on kayaking on lake or even a catch and release fishing policy would have been great.

I would recommend it because the apartment is in very good condition for the price, the staff is very nice and helpful and the location is amazing.
It is upgraded and had alot of space. We looove the location. Close to many shops and restaurants very good with our life style. The only thing i didnt like was that the dining space was too close to living room space and seemed cluttered.perhaps if you had a furnished model home to see it would make it eaier to visualize the space. And i was referred by your sister property douglaston villas which is where i wanted to move because it is closer to my husband's job and has alot more square footage, the dining room is seperated from living room and had a fireplace but they had no availability at the time
The grounds are clean.The people that live here and the office people are real nice.The apt.is very cute!

I thoroughly enjoyed my two tours of the property. It's obviously a quality place to live. The floorplans, especially the Gemini, are attractive. Nearby shopping and dining venues are a major plus.

The leasing profesional were extremely helpful and very nice from the moment we walked in the building. They were patient with all my questions and were happy to help and give us a tour.
I just moved in, and so far everyone has been courteous and amazing! Service orders to fix a few things were immediately scheduled and handled! I hope it continues throughout my lease term! thank you Melisa, Eddie, Amanda, and Tina for helping me from the beginning... and Eddie with maintenance gets a big thumbs up!!
We have been here since 2015. There have been numerous staff changes since that time. However, we can categorically say that the staff transition, for the most part, has been effective. This particular team has been exceptionally professional and efficient.
I do enjoy living so close to my office and the apartment is spacious.
I'm very comfortable & I walk up my stairs & say thank you Jesus fo tdd such place that I feel I a home. As this is not good a 4 bedroom home but I absolutely love my place! I already have made recommendations!
Level of noise between apartments was troublesome. Perhaps insulation in interior walls?
We have been tenants since 2015. This property offers excellent amenities and reasonable security. However, the staff goes overboard resolve issues. Good people. Also, the maintenance department is excellent!
