Property Ratings at The Crest Apartments
Management is awesome and is very easy to get along with and caring . Maintenance is very fast and great to work with you and needs and schedule. The pool is amazing is by far my top favorite part;) ! All around quite place and private Community and joy to live . Management is always through events and are very involved in the events and activities with the residents. Wonderful environment for children and safe . I would highly recommend to family and friends as the place to move in Salem .
It’s a pretty decent place, but the apartments aren’t worth what they’re on the market for. Maintenance is quick to get to you and fix any problems and they’re really kind. I can’t really say the same for the management. It all seems really superficial to me.
Convenient to Roanoke College, downtown Salem,interstate and shopping. Pool and grounds are great. Apartments could use a little upgrade and a workout room would put this complex at the standards of others in the area.
