Property Ratings at The Crescent at River Ranch
This is our second time living here and we can’t leave fast enough. We had leaking French doors from day one. The floors were warped when we moved in and I asked if they would be able to replace the floors. Then it rained and I used 15 towels one night to clean it up. They have caulked , they have sent out the installers and contractors with no result. Last week I called to let them know that it was leaking and was told to put a towel on the floor until they could get someone to look at it again. That never happened. Now I trying to get out of the remaining lease so that I can move to another place and of course the managers acts like they’ve never heard about the problems we’ve had. They always pass the buck and only put bandaides on the problems. The whole complex is out to start falling apart. We’re scared to walk out to our balcony as the floor gives in when you try walking across. Never coming back!!

My 2 years here have been very pleasant. Management makes you feel like family. Management & maintenance are quick to respond! Love the residential feel, quiet & peaceful! The City Club membership is a nice bonus! I do recommend!!
This facility has an experienced manager and staff personnel. I was treated as family and definitely recommend the property to anyone.

These apartments have horrible insulation. I can hear my upstairs neighbor every time he goes to the restroom. Not cool. The interiors are outdated and there are constant problems with mold. The only bonus is the free city club membership but even that can’t justify the price.
If maintenance was needed, they responded right away! Great location to live. Free gym membership and access to the pool. Also very quiet! Highly recommend this place to live. Also walking distance to nice places to eat and have an adult beverage!
Unprofessional office staff, don't bother complaining, you'll get ignored or told you are crazy for complaining or going through normal protocol to file requests. The place hasn't been updated since it was built. Mold, constant street noise, rodents, ridiculous prices, filthy water, and poor HVAC system. There are much nicer apartments in the Lafayette area. Don't waste your money here. The only good thing about the place is the location as long as you are not facing Camellia Blvd. and the residents are very nice and help each other out.
This is the BEST property that I have ever lived at HANDS DOWN. Everything is so convenient and well maintained. I love walking to City Club and going to Rhythms on the River. I am not from Lafayette, but living here gives me the full taste of what it is all about it. I highly recommend it to anyone:)
