Property Ratings at The Crescent at Lakeshore
So, this complex is neatly placed alongside Shade's Creek which looks beautiful. The only issue with that is that when heavy rain comes along the complex is likely to flood and ruin the bottom floor of many of the buildings close to the creek. I have my doubts that management will warn you of this. I lived here for 2 years and found the rent to be (mostly) fair and maintenance was quick to get to work.
I used to enjoy living here but it has now been a complex that causes nothing but stress. I personally wouldn't look here. Much better places around.
I have lived here for a year and renewed my lease. It is a great place for the price. Lake shore is a good location, and the complex is set back far enough that there is not much traffic or random people. There is a lot of green space for activities and dogs. Maintenance is decent, it depends on the day that you catch them, and they will always give you a warning when they are coming. Pool is only sometimes open, and I have never been able to get into the gym. There are normal bug problems, but my apartment backs up to the woods, and if I spray my porch it is totally fine. WARNING, this apartment can and will flood. I was evacuated but have never had my apartment actually flooded or damaged. Overall, on a college budget a great place to be.
