Denison is a city in Grayson County, Texas just south of Lake Texoma. Randell Lake and Waterloo Lake offer residents beautiful waterfront views and fun outdoor recreation. Waterloo Lake Regional Park offers a nature trail around the lake, fishing pond, pool, and ball fields. Denison Golf & Country club surrounds another small lake and is a great place to get outdoors and work on your swing. There are plenty of restaurants in town to choose from, from fast food to local hot spots like Huck’s Catfish on Trail Drive. Be sure to try their famous fried catfish after you find your apartment in Denison, Texas.

Property Ratings at The Creekmore
Pretty much , no one is ever in the office , at the scheduled times , you wait months for work orders to be done , too many property managers in and out of employment here , There is no management company you have no one else to speak to about problems beside whoever you can get in the office which is rare .. Quality of living is sub par at best , no noise cancellation, no insulation cheap singled paned windows from the early to late 80’s .. these apartments are for you , if you are loooking for the bare minimum, We live in such a terrible community it’s annoying because all this money they have and the kids don’t even have. Freaking playground to throw wood chips on they are out here playing on cement slabs , like it’s embarrassing to even call this a complex it’s a joke
I have lived at Creekmore for years. Apartments are 40 years old and have been let go by original owners. Apartment were sold a few years back lots of promises were made I have seen a few but very slow in coming. As far as repairs to your apartment take a number. Since new owers took over they are on their 3rd set of mangers the others have be fired. One thing is for sure your rent will increase each time you renew your lease plus the new owner has added a separate water, sewer and trash bill. Do yourself a favor and avoid Creekmore Apartments.

In moving to Denison we checked every apartment in the area. Some were closet sized, some were far away some were close and just right and needed two months waiting list. This apartment at creekmore we found available right away. Its roomy and well budgeted. These are large, new carpet, clean walls, sensible sized, new enough applianced apartments at 1, 2, and 3 bed and pool. Laundry on site and hook ups in some apartments. Storage space is an issue to me as there isn't a separate area for Christmas decorations but plenty of closets and a small balcony hidden from public scrutiny.
