Needed some help On the first day… On a Saturday… Called maintenance and they were here in 15 minutes. JAMES is awesome!

Absolutely a great place to live. The entire staff are kind, friendly, helpful and communicative. The property is attractive and well kept. They are continually upgrading within any areas that need improvement. The properties amenities are well maintained and welcoming.

Marquees is always ready to help me with any apartment issue and always checks over his work to make sure the problem is fixed.

This place is one of the best places to live at. The ground keeper Marquese is one of the best workers out there. He is a great greeter in the mornings & has helped me out in so many different ways from moving a birds nest to help assisting me with some dog poop. Thank you Marquese!

I found this to be an unsafe community when i lived here for two years.

We have lived out here going on close to six years. We have seen alot of property managers and maintenance teams leave. But the property manager's and the maintenance team we have here are truly the best at what they do. We have never had an issue with any types of roaches or any other bug's. They have pest control comes through here at least three times a year that i have seen, maybe more I'm not sure. When we have to put in a work order it is done within the same week. If it is an emergency they come out the same day. Not to many places we have lived moves that fast including if it's an emergency. Things like this and many other's is why we signed our lease for another year making it six years. Thank you THE CREEK AT FOREST HILLS for making this the best place in Wilmington that we have ever lived so far. Sincerely, The WILLIAMS FAMILY!!

Just moved in and I am really enjoying it here. All my neighbors are great. Staff are friendly, helpful and quick to solve any issues. This is an older complex with new owners who seem to really want to fix things. They are going to paint all the outside of the buildings and Logan, the grounds keeper is tops!! I have never lived anywhere where the garbage areas are kept so consistently clean!!! That’s kind of like a restroom at a restaurant! Oh, and I love all the trees!!

The creek is a lovely friendly place to live. Quiet and cozy. Love it here.

Well I've only been staying here for a month, I'm going into my second month now and so far I absolutely love it here. It's quiet I have no issues at all so far. I love it here, I will definitely be here for a while.

Ive lived at the Creek for three years and have always been surrounded by friendly neighbors and office staff. I live alone and have always felt safe. The new maintenance crew is timely and efficient.

I have lived at The Creek apartments for almost 2 years. The other people who reside here for the most part are friendly and neighborly. The saltwater pool here is maintained constantly and is a very relaxing area. The community room next to the pool is also a clean, comfortable, relaxing area. The exercise room has all the amenities needed in a exercise room. It is a pet friendly complex. There is a small dog park which is fenced in. The only thing is I wish the people who do live here would be more diligent about following the rules of having animals. The staff here are always friendly, helpful and do what they can to assure any issues you have is dealt with in a professional, timely manner.

The management of the apartment complex is best described as "present". They keep minimal hours, they show minimal effort, and they quite plainly don't care about their tenants. I've personally heard them complain about me when I showed up to their office after sending an e-mail (they'd "Accidentally" tried to charge me an extra $400 in rent). I've filled out multiple surveys sent out under the pretense of "helping us improve" only to be told that they didn't care and thought they were doing good enough already. Tedious systems are put in place to actively prevent the tenants from using the services in the complex (required pool passes to use the pool, locks changed on laundry rooms and fitness center without notice, events scheduled at times inconvenient for a working individual like 3pm on a Weekday, closing the main office early and often, etc). If you want to live somewhere where there are four walls, minimal leaks, and the maintenance staff is fine. Sure, go for this spot. But don't expect any of the extras they advertise to be available to you and don't expect anyone to care whether you enjoy it or not.

Staff is great so eager to help. All the new renavations are grea . Heard a birdy tell me that they are going to have a salt water pool. So much better than clorine pools. Maintenance and upkeep is so much easier. Keep up the great work there.

The Creek was my first apartment that I have ever rented and it was a great experience. Any time I had a maintenance concern the staff handled it right away. The staff was always very helpful and patient with me. I liked the community events they would hold in the clubhouse so we could get to know our neighbors and address any concerns we may have. I hated to leave, but a job transfer caused me to do so. If I ever move back to Wilmington, The Creek will be my 1st choice to rent again!

I moved into an updated apartment. Everything is brand new, cabinets, appliances, carpet, flooring.... Etc... I love it. Office people are really friendly and helpful... I got in on a good special. So keep checking their special, you might get lucky.

Great place to live very helpful and friendly staff club house and pool is fun

This apartment complex is older. What I mean when I say that is that the buildings have age on them. I have lived on both sides of these apartments in both a studio and a one bedroom, they are ok for the price but everything is painted over. When you move in you notice that the cabinets have been painted so now they stick,the doors and door frames have been painted so they stick as well. In both apartments the shelving in the closet has broken at least once and also the baseboards are painted so cleaning them is not easy. Lastly the bugs, there are ALOT of water bugs in these apartments, just to try and keep them at bay I have an exterminator out here twice a month.
