Having just moved into the Cove this past week I have so many good things to say! The staff has been more than accommodating with the move and welcoming our young puppy. Access to Bare cove park is unparalleled and a fantastic perk great organization of mail inbound/outbound - we've lived in a lot of these buildings and the team here at the stage does a great job.. 10/10 friendly

I have been here for five and a half years. I like driving my car around the pretty trees and into the garage. And walking my dog is a lot of fun. It’s great property to walk a dog.

I toured two other complexes in the area before I chose The Cove. Once I toured The Cove, I decided right then and there I would apply with them. The Cove is superior on all levels compared to the other complexes and it’s most out standing feature is its leasing team. I was fortunate to have Jared Klein as my tour guide. He is a friendly, kind, knowledgeable informative and professional leasing agent. The moving process is always stressful but Jared made it fast and efficient. His quick response to all my emails and his directions on getting through the application process made it much less stressful for me. His follow through to the end of the application process and after convinced me even more that I made the right decision to move to The Cove. The Cove is a superior complex with all the modern amenities along with super clean grounds and common areas. Other residents are friendly and are of all ages. The location is a 5 minute walk to groceries, restaurants and retail shops. Yet with all these great features, it is Jared Klein who was the deciding factor in my choosing The Cove. He represented The Cove to me on my tour and after you work with someone as kind friendly knowledgeable informative, and professional as him then you know you are in the right place. Thank you Jared.

Many aspects of the Cove make it a unique apartment complex, including its newer buildings and excellent location. However, there are several issues. Insufficient parking, unusual building design issues, young residents riding scooters or bikes in the hallway, no dog park, or insufficient pick-up stations. The second building lacks the amenities that the main building has by a long shot. The local management does its best to keep everything together. However, they are not supported in the same way a first-class management firm would support their property portfolios.

We offer free outdoor first come first serve parking and assigned indoor covered garage parking at a monthly rate. Please take advantage in addition to our community, of Bare Cove Park that we have our private boardwalk and path to that is also dog friendly!

The Cove Apartment location includes a variety of stores within walking distance,and the Bare Cove Park behind the buildings. The apartments are well maintained and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They blend in as part of the family.

Parking has become an issue at The Cove in Hingham. There is no enforcement of parking violations and getting an outside spot on weekends or late at night is difficult. There are dozens of available parking spots in the garage that should be utilized at no cost or discounted fee. Please do something about the parking issue soon. It is miserable to come home and not able to find a parking spot.

Great place to live, very friendly and accommodating staff and leasing office. Maintenance is very quick and responsive, and the cleaning crew keeps the property and amenities fresh and clean every day. 3 supermarkets within a few minutes of walking and the Hingham ferry is so convenient to get to downtown Boston within 35 minutes, beats sitting in an hour of bumper to bumper traffic. The gym is better than most places and complex is very pet friendly, actually having a pet of the month/ variety of community contests. Bear cove is our backyard and Stodder’s neck is across the street.

I just moved in and the apartment was dirty and not up to move in conditions. It had pet hair caked into the washer, mold, dirt everywhere, scratch floors etc. I’m very disappointed. These can be such beautiful apartments and a great community however the apartment they gave me is a disappointment.

Convenient location and cozy place with nice people in the community. I feel safe and warm here. I like to quiet of the apartment, especially in the 4th floor. Also provided a lot of great activities which I would like to attend. Super pets friendly and has low extra costs for pets compared to other apartments.

From the moment I arrived as a new tenant, Jared made me feel incredibly welcome. His professionalism and accommodating nature truly stood out. He is always prompt in addressing any inquiries or concerns, which is a huge plus for anyone living here. What I appreciate most is his exceptional sense of humor. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely enjoys their job and brings a positive vibe to the community. Every time I walk into the Cove, I’m greeted with his cheerful demeanor and his upbeat attitude only enhances the overall experience. The Cove is beautiful inside and out and most convenient location for shopping, dining and recreation as a home can be. It is dog owner’s paradise and a walker, jogger and biker’s heaven. The quality details in the units like 10 ft ceilings, self closing drawers, simple shades, large tubs and walk in shower, large closets, well placed lighting and much more make the comfort level superior to other “luxury apartments “ where I have lived.

We love the area and surrounding conservation land. We do feel like the apartment needs improvements. All the carpeting needs to be replaced with a better grade. There are problems with the refrigerator and trash container. Which I am told can't be fixed. The microwave is placed so low you break your back. I love the space we have. We are looking for other opportunities but it will be hard to find an area we like better.

I had a great experience yesterday working from one of the offices in the main building! The setup is private and comfortable, there is a stable Wi-Fi connection, the lobby background music and ambiance give off a great vibe, and it's less than a minute from home for a quick lunch! Thanks, Cove!
