The Cove Apartment location includes a variety of stores within walking distance,and the Bare Cove Park behind the buildings. The apartments are well maintained and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They blend in as part of the family.

Jared is the best , he took very good care of us to make sure we were happy , the experience has been very positive , the preparation of the apartment was perfect

I love living at the cove. Everyone from the service team to the office staff and cleaning crew are all so friendly and attentive and do their best to get stuff done for the residents in a quick and efficient manner while always maintaining such a high level of friendliness and professionalism. Would highly recommend this community to anyone and everyone who might ask

We love the community. Great staff. Awesome amenities. Also, it’s a nice location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Same foe grocery stores and shopping. And right across the street from the shipyard.

Parking has become an issue at The Cove in Hingham. There is no enforcement of parking violations and getting an outside spot on weekends or late at night is difficult. There are dozens of available parking spots in the garage that should be utilized at no cost or discounted fee. Please do something about the parking issue soon. It is miserable to come home and not able to find a parking spot.

I love the building and the community we live in. There is so much accessibility around us it makes it easy being a mom with two children. I can’t wait to experience summer here

We love living at The Cove! It’s the best location and the property is clean, safe and well-maintained. We have so many kind neighbors and The Cove management team is so welcoming! Janelle, Jared and Caitlin go above and beyond to make us feel at home and part of a true community. We feel very lucky to live here.

I love it here. It's a very quiet and kid-friendly place. Right behind the building is a huge park. Did I mention there's a ferry to Boston very close by?

A happy and safe community for all ages! Surrounding community has anything you want. At you fingertips or a short drive away. The boat to Boston is just across the street.

Great place to live, very friendly and accommodating staff and leasing office. Maintenance is very quick and responsive, and the cleaning crew keeps the property and amenities fresh and clean every day. 3 supermarkets within a few minutes of walking and the Hingham ferry is so convenient to get to downtown Boston within 35 minutes, beats sitting in an hour of bumper to bumper traffic. The gym is better than most places and complex is very pet friendly, actually having a pet of the month/ variety of community contests. Bear cove is our backyard and Stodder’s neck is across the street.

The cove is a fantastic place to live with very warm and friendly residents and staff and there is always some kind of event happening every month , local to a bunch of shopping and parks .

We’ve been living at the Cove now for almost two years. I particularly enjoy the fitness center, the pool, and common areas, and being adjacent to the park is priceless

I just moved in and the apartment was dirty and not up to move in conditions. It had pet hair caked into the washer, mold, dirt everywhere, scratch floors etc. I’m very disappointed. These can be such beautiful apartments and a great community however the apartment they gave me is a disappointment.

Convenient location and cozy place with nice people in the community. I feel safe and warm here. I like to quiet of the apartment, especially in the 4th floor. Also provided a lot of great activities which I would like to attend. Super pets friendly and has low extra costs for pets compared to other apartments.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Jared, the general manager at the Cove, and I can’t say enough good things about him! From the moment I arrived as a new tenant, Jared made me feel incredibly welcome. His professionalism and accommodating nature truly stood out. He is always prompt in addressing any inquiries or concerns, which is a huge plus for anyone living here. What I appreciate most is his exceptional sense of humor. It’s refreshing to see someone who genuinely enjoys their job and brings a positive vibe to the community. Every time I walk into the Cove, I’m greeted with his cheerful demeanor and his upbeat attitude only enhances the overall experience. I couldn’t recommend him more highly—he truly adds to the wonderful atmosphere of the Cove. I’m so thankful that he was able to meet my children and give us a tour of our three bedroom, I will be fully moved in within the next few weeks, but so far I am more than impressed.Thank you, Jared, for all that you do!

Jared was amazing to work with and the process was effortless. I was looking for a quick move in and was able to find a 3 bedroom. Process took less than a week from start to finish.

The Cove is beautiful inside and out and most convenient location for shopping, dining and recreation as a home can be. It is dog owner’s paradise and a walker, jogger and biker’s heaven. The quality details in the units like 10 ft ceilings, self closing drawers, simple shades, large tubs and walk in shower, large closets, well placed lighting and much more make the comfort level superior to other “luxury apartments “ where I have lived.

I have lived in high rise apartments in Cambridge, Quincy and Springfield and in Connecticut and Florida. The Cove is the best yet! Inside and outside are beautiful, functional and well maintained.

I have been a resident of The Cove for a year now and I am still very happy to be a part of this community. The management and staff are all very kind and helpful. I really appreciate how well-maintained the area. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to live, and there is this awesome part just a few steps away from the building!

I have been living at The Cove for 2 years and still very happy being a part of this community!! Management/Staff are all very nice! I really love how well the interior as well as the exterior are so well maintained!! This is a wonderful place to live, it’s very quiet and I feel very safe!!

We love the area and surrounding conservation land. We do feel like the apartment needs improvements. All the carpeting needs to be replaced with a better grade. There are problems with the refrigerator and trash container. Which I am told can't be fixed. The microwave is placed so low you break your back. I love the space we have. We are looking for other opportunities but it will be hard to find an area we like better.

The Cove in Hingham is a lovely place and elegant everting you could ask for in a wonderful area and close to stores

So far so good!! My move in went very smoothly and so far Jared and Caitlin have been great- very attentive and willing to answer all of my questions. My apartment was very clean when I moved in, and I am settling in nicely.

I had a great experience yesterday working from one of the offices in the main building! The setup is private and comfortable, there is a stable Wi-Fi connection, the lobby background music and ambiance give off a great vibe, and it's less than a minute from home for a quick lunch! Thanks, Cove!

In our first year here, I have been so touched by the thoughtfulness of the people. The property is gorgeous. The apartment is so bright, spacious and functional. The town offers so much. The Cove team goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and to foster a sense of community. The events and treats are so carefully planned and so appreciated! The Cove is a very special place and I feel lucky to live here.

The Cove in Hingham is wonderful and glamorous like something from the Dynasty Tv show or a Hallmark Channel movie

We have enjoyed the quality of The Cove facility for nearly two years & hope to continue for a third. The staff & amenities are exceptional, community programs have increased, the availability of Bare Cove park can't be beat for walking & biking, & the walkable availability of grocery stores, pharmacies, & other necessities is great!

There are many excellent reasons to live at The Cove. The front desk and maintenance staff are great, as are the facilities such as the pool, patio, gym, lobby and mail room, as well as the fun community activities and events.
