We loved living here We had the best experienced living at the Cove my only suggestion would be to have more kids dedicated infrastructure as there are many families living here.

Lease Renewal at THE COVE I knew long before it was time to renew my lease that I wanted to continue to live here at THE COVE. The different options were clear and concise. Karen and Evan were available for any questions I may have had. I am very excited about renewing my lease. Karen and Evan are very professional and knowledgeable. They are both compassionate and friendly. The entire community here at THE COVE is wonderful. My maintenance requests are handled proficiently and in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend THE COVE to anyone who is searching for an affordable, clean and safe place to live.
Fire and Carbon Monoxide Batteries My fire and carbon monoxide alarm had rang twice and Karen was able to tell me that the batteries needed changing. Chase arrived quickly to change them. He was in and out in no time flat.. I am always so appreciative of the staff here at The Cove. They are truly a wonderful group!

Wouldn't be anywhere else! I have lived at the Cove on 2 different occasions. After leaving the first time for personal life issue, when I needed a place again, I came back. The Office staff as well as Maintenance staff were the deciding factors. The property is always well maintained and response to any needs has always been excellent. I have recommended the Cove to friends and would highly recommend to anyone needing a great place to live with great amenities and convenient location. A BIG shout out to Office Manager Karen and Assistant Evan, Wonderful Folks to work with.

Had a great stay We only lived there a few months while house hunting. Great place. Comfortable. Very close to the mall and about a million places to eat. Very quiet for apartment living. Pet friendly. Highly recommended.
Great My move here was amazing. The staff was always there to answer my questions and get me any information I needed. My apartment was clean when i moved in. Want to definitely thank Evan for all his help with my apartment search snd move.
Renewal To me the Cove is more than just a apartment complex, it is home. Karen and Evan are more than managers, they are friends. So far since I started leasing my apartment, my neighbors have been courteous. I probably will renew again.

Love living at the Cove. I love living at the cove. I plan on signing my, I believe my 4th lease. Karen and Evan are the best. Chase is always professional and caring if any maintenance is required. The reason I gave a #4 for a rating is due to the dog areas and much of the grounds being very muddy due to the lack of grass. Any specials for resigning #4?
Water flowing in from storm Maintenance did a great job of coming in a timely manner outside my door. I had taken care of inside water. My concern is that it can happen again with future storms.
Dryer was working after maintenance came. Thank you.

An Amazing Place to Live I have been a resident for over a year now and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about The Cove. The ones who run it are sweet, kind, and very considerate. My issues always gets fixed extremely fast and the maintenance people are so knowledgeable. I love the fact that someone empties my trash during the week, because I am so busy. My neighbors are great and quiet. Haha. The accommodations here are fantastic. I love working out when I can, and our facility is always open. The pool is nice and clean always. Karen and Evan have really made it very peaceful for me. I appreciate everything they do and continue to do.
Love living here. It has a great environment and everyone is so nice. The managerial staff is excellent. Repairs are done immediately. They really care about what they are doing. Best place in Bowling Green!!!

Great location We loved staying at the Cove. The location was great. Close to everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and the grounds are well maintained. If we come back to Bowling Green in the future we would love to stay at the Cove again.
Clogged sink Fixed my clogged sink within 30 minutes of putting issue in portal. Always pleasant and very knowledgeable. It is a pleasure living here. Everyone that works here is so warm and helpful!!
Maintenance Request The hot water temperature in my apartment was lower than I would have liked. Patrick came by and quickly got the temperature increased for me. Now the hot water is set perfectly for me. Patrick is very personable and professional. Thank you for the quick response to my request.

Maintenance Request Patrick was able to take care of my issue with the exhaust vent and instruction on how to use the dryer. He was personable and professional. I appreciated the swift replies to my maintenance requests.
Maintenance is on top of every request I sent in a request and it was responded to and fixed that day. I appreciated the timeliness and the courteousness of the maintenance. Everyone I have met is so friendly. It's nice to live in a community where your needs are a priority.

The staff (Leasing & Maintenance) goes above and beyond, apartments are beautiful, modern, and new. Compared to the other luxury apartments in Bowling Green, this place is the cheapest yet better than the rest. Great location and all my neighbors are very nice!
This place is very nice for the price. But expect for pay $250+ on top of your advertised rent and utilities for all of the nonsense fees they charge. Along with water (that you get through BGMU), they also charge you water. Many residents were told certain things were included, and they are not. The lease is very deceiving and worded to where you do not realize these charges are applied. Quiet and nice complex, but if you have a tight budget, do not live here.

Expect to pay from complex: Common Area Electric (metered) Water Usage (metered) Monthly Service Charge Multiple activation fees Concierge Fee (basic cable tv/internet with 5 day/wk 1-bag trash) Expect to pay on your own: Electric $300k Liability Insurance For a 1 bedroom, I pay an additional $280 on top of my advertised rent.
