Very incredible apartment with view on the lake. The The couture offers a variety of amenities (pool, common area). The building is extremely close to the front lake , that allows you to do walks along the lake but also to reach the Milwaukee downtown extremely easy.

The amenities here are top notch - truly luxury. We keep getting surprised by even more benefits that we didn’t even know about - community events, little treats, coffee for residents, etc. The natural light is doing WONDERS for my mental health, the updated kitchen appliances are amazing, the in unit laundry is the best laundry machine I’ve ever used. I love the building security and cleanliness, and of course, how friendly and helpful the entire staff is.

The move in experience was smooth and easy. We were able to park the trucks in a covered bay inside that allowed us to move things right from the trucks to the building. The people are all very welcoming and approachable.

Everything you need in one! If you’re looking for a one stop shop this is your place. The amenities and views alone are enough to keep you here. Not in including the muti level retail spaces they’re in the process of building!

I've lived here for several months now so I feel like I can give a fairly unbiased review. I'll be rating things 1-10, 10 being best. Concierge: 10/10. I can't think of any complaints, they have always been very nice and willing to help out if you run into an issue or have a question. Maintenance: 10/10. Any issues I've had since moving in have been resolved promptly and the staff has been friendly. Leasing office: 6/10. Based on my experience with the leasing office the biggest downside is poor communication. Emails will go unanswered forcing you to call in(voicemails don't seem to help any), leasing staff will say they are going to do something but never follow through(this happened multiple times for me). Apartments: 6/10. The one and two bedrooms are pretty bog standard "luxury" apartments. Very cheap vinyl/laminate flooring, plastic/rubber baseboards(I wish I was making this up), cheap paint that scuffs the second you look at it wrong, cheap builder grade faucets and so on. The three bedrooms are much better(actual flooring and better fixtures) but still not befitting of the price if you are just taking into account the apartment and nothing else. Amenities: 8/10. Solid amenities, pool, clubroom and outside green space are nice. Does this make it worth the premium you pay? That is up to you to decide. Location: 10/10. Right next to the lake and all sorts of festivals throughout the year. Great location, one of the best for an apartment complex in Milwaukee. Internet: 5/10. Internet is provided by Ethoplex and has constant issues on a weekly basis. at least it included with the rent I guess. If you try to call in to report an issue they give you the "your not our customer" line. This makes is a struggle to work from home at times. There has been several days where hot spotting off my phone has been better. Overall: 8/10. How cheaply they went with the apartments is disappointing. Overall when it comes to the quality of the apartments, they had an opportunity to set themselves apart and passed it up. However, it's important to note that you are not just paying for the apartment. You are mainly paying a premium for the location, amenities, concierge staff in addition to all the little perks you'll get. If this building was in any other location I would of rated 6/10. Will I be renewing my lease? I'm not that sure at this point, only time will tell. The bean counters really were pulling the purse strings on this building.

My Residence Experience has been wonderful. Moving in took a while but, every one was helpful and responsive. I needed help with my balcony lock and security came right up. What ever I needed was granted ASAP.

I absolutely love my apartment and the view. Also all of the friendly staff have made me feel very much at home. What I don’t like and have issues with is the fact that I’m paying quite a bit for rent here and it’s amenities - which are not complete, therefore, I’m not able to use them. I moved here for the location and view - yet I’m locked out of my balcony space that I’m paying for in square footage!
