Property Ratings at The Courtyards at Bensalem
Roaches and the smell from neighbors . The property manager is uncooperative. Shouldn’t have pets let alone people living there
Roaches all over the apartments, maintenance people leave messes in your unit and come all the time without permission. On the actual lease it says maintenance can come in your unit without permission needed. Apartment is not worth what they rent it out for. Packages always get stolen I literally stopped ordering stuff to my apartment because I never can get home in time before someone takes it.
These apartments are absolutely horrendous. To start off- the parking lot is a complete disaster and there is rarely available parking. The parking spaces are so tight so get used to getting your car banged up by the person next to you. The lots are always full of garbage and glass so hopefully you don’t care about your tires! Next, the garbage bins are always overfull, I see maintenance standing around smoking cigarettes all the time but never see anyone cleaning up the garbage that’s everywhere- in the grass, on the road, flying around. Dog poop in every courtyard. Hallways are atrocious, rugs are disgusting. Mice and rats will be your new best friends. Maintenance will never come to do anything you request. Floors are thinner than paper so get used to hearing your neighbors entire life.
Where to start so when I came for a walkthrough my apartment wasn’t ready so they showed me a different clean apartment. The day I seen my apartment was the day I moved in and the kitchen drawers had dead roaches, dead roaches in the bathroom as well. Then one day the ceiling started leaking and I kept telling them then one day it fell in. They took 2 months to fix it then the apartment upstairs had bed bugs and what happened I got bed bugs and their exterminator broke my bed and my chair and they had an issue paying for it, I had to threaten them with a lawsuit for them to compensate me. I was happy when I was out.
The complex deserves a zero star but it is unfortunate that it’s not an option. Are you Ready to deal with Bugs and mice? Are you also willing to deal with rude staff, don’t mind sleeping in or getting your car towed (minimum of $255) then viola you have found your next home. The staff act like they are paying for you to live here. You have to tiptoe otherwise you will be disturbing your neighbor who lives a floor below you. Oh they change office staff frequently so continuity and loyalty is zero. Previously (as recent as July 2020) you could park in any open spot and finding a parking space wasn’t an issue. Now It doesn’t matter if you live in a 2 or 3 bedroom unit, you are assigned one spot only. Great if there were enough open spots for residents. You arrive and there are several assigned spots which are vacant (available) but zero unassigned spots to park. Bear in mind that street parking is not an option. So You are forced to park illegally and get ticketed by cops or in someone’s assigned spots and risk being towed for a minimum of $255. Your other option is to sleep in your car which nobody should be subjected to.
My Girlfriend currently lives at Courtyards at Bensalem. The minute we walked in we were completely overwhelmed at how BEAUTIFUL EVERYTHING is!!! Very sophisticated and all of the employees were so great the minute we walked through the door. Which is hard to find I believe in apartment complexes. Nicole was AMAZING. Showing us around the complex. Anyone who walked by she went out of her way to say hello to them and knew all of their names. She seemed so kind. These places are going very fast. So if you’re interested go NOW!!!!!
I have been to this complex many times to visit friends. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are nicely sized. its just the right amount of space for families and or couples alike.
I was referred to this property from its sister company (which is where I wanted to live) and was highly disappointed that I can not view on the weekend. I work full time and was able to view their other property on Sunday so I am confused as to why I cant view here. I did however drive through the complex to see if I would want to live there and I must say that the complex is not for me. Hopefully a unit will open at the other property soon
We moved in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment about 3 months ago, very satisfied. Great office staff + great Maintenance
We have just moved in to this complex at the end of August. We are extremely happy with our brand new renovated apartment. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The building has recently been renovated and it's very homey and comfortable. Absolutely love the neighborhood and my kids love being near the mall :)
This is the best place that my wife and I have lived by far. Everyone the office is great and helpful. My family are safe and sound in this complex. Neighbors are awesome the grounds are clean. The maintenance guys are on time and friendly. We love you guys #130
Everthing has been super great since I moved in. From the upgraded apartment to the pool. New stainless steel appliances, new kitchen and flooring. The staff is so nice also. Only good things to say.
I'm really enjoying it here. The new management is doing so many improvements. The people are friendly and they're really a great improvement over the old management company. It's a perfect location if you need to get to 95 or the Turnpike or Route 1 and yet it's quiet but still walking distance to shopping. I just moved in and the staff has been great. No complaints here.
I love management! Everybody is friendly. The apartment is great. If you need anything they attend to you right away. Big roomy apartments. Im just in love!
I love my apartment! It has carpet big rooms and living room. I love my dishwasher! What makes this place even better is how great management is. I have yet to have an issue with them. The staff is very friendly never a dull moment!
