I tried to handle my lease break responsibly, visiting the office several times and asking what I would owe. The staff told me only about a reletting fee. After I moved, they demanded extra payments without prior warning, saying it was “in the lease.” It’s frustrating and unfair to find out about hidden costs after the fact. The management should communicate fees clearly before tenants make major financial decisions. I left my work a week early to prepare for my travel, had they told me about the extra charges, I would've pushed myself and stayed at work On top of that, I repeatedly asked the office — to notify me before entering my apartment. They ignored my requests and entered without calling or warning, even when it wasn’t an emergency. Not once did they apologize or acknowledge the issue. I tried to handle everything responsibly and respectfully, but management showed no transparency or respect for tenant privacy. I hope future residents read their lease carefully and get everything in writing before trusting what’s said verbally.

I live there for one year's I had problems with roaches in my apt. the whole year's.

I love living here, the staff is amazing and all it takes to get a problem resolved is a simple visit to the office. They keep the community clean and well cut, and I really love the newsletters every month!! The maintenance is a little slow but they always get the job done in less than two days and in a jiffy! My favorite part about living here is the washer and dryer stackables, and the neighbors are great too lol! 10/10 would recommend.

It's had to know where to start, from the roaches, unsupervised kids running around damaging everything they touch, all of the drugs and the cloud of pot smoke that hangs around this whole complex or do I talk about the worthless management that when you talk to them about these problems they blame you. So let's count them down. 1). Roaches, no matter what you do they are all over the apt and management have hired a company but are not letting the treat as they need and is putting it back on the residents saying that it is their fault. 2) The Kids, There are underage kids running around all night, they yell, scream and have damaged cars, with no parent supervision. I have seen kids that are around 5-7 years old that are out running around past midnight. 3) Drugs Drugs Drugs and More Drugs. So the first week that I move in there was a lady walking around smoking a joint, I have complained about a neighbor that was smoking pot and when I would come home every day my place would smell like pot, I was in the office last week when there was a lady in the office that was saying that the person next to her smoked and sold pot. Now, this has all been told to management and all they do is laugh about it. 4) Management, When I first moved in I had a problem with the washer within the first few days of living there, I had the manager tell that I must have broken it because the person that lived there before hadn't said anything, I complained about the people behind me partying until 5 am and was told that it couldn't be them because she has never had a problem with them and I must be mistaken. There is a lot more that I could talk about but, this should be more than enough. One star is too good for this craphole, they need to rename the place the Hood Of Bedford.

I thoroughly enjoy living in these apartments. The community very safe, friendly and considerate. I moved in months ago and I have only experienced one issue, which was handled almost immediately. The maintenance and staff make sure to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They make interactions personable and they are very understanding. If you are looking for some place to call home and want a management team that makes sure you are happy and taken care of, I highly suggest The Courts of Bedford.

I like everything about this apartment. Friendly Staff and Specious Floor plan especially the kitchen!

So many issues with this apartment. Water constantly goes out without warning, sometimes for 4-5 hours. They can't seem to manage the cockroach problems. Submit service request for them go unanswered. When staff is out, they have the sign that says back by xx:xx PM. Don't bother, you might end up waiting for hours. There are constantly people hanging around stairways smoking. Staff is a nightmare to work with. They never answer the phone. I signed a 6 month lease and they entered me in the computer for 1 full year. This costed me half a months rent. Here is why: I went in to give them my 60 day move out notice, but they said my lease was not over until next year, and I have more than 6 months left. Since I had already packed, it took me a couple of weeks since I had to dig through box after box to find a copy of my lease. They did not admit that their mistake costed my hundreds of dollars since I could have put the notice in weeks before. That's around $500! Get your act together people!

Apartment is horrible the community has kids running around everyone no parental supervision whatsoever kids are out at 9pm playing on a weekday school night, mgmt can be very slow about maintenance and other issues. I'm tired of the procrastination about new this new that fix the darn apartments.
