The Cortesin is a great place to live in an apartment! The location is prime! On site amenities and Staff / Maintenance are phenomenal! Security is a great plus too! Probably one of the best apartment complexes in the area!

I absolutely love living at The Cortesin—every day truly feels like I’m on vacation at a resort. Beautiful community! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Allison and Cat made the whole process of leasing and moving so easy. Apartment homes are luxurious with many conveniences!
Took a tour here and will be leasing once the townhomes are available. I have a dog so the little spa and pet park are going to be nice, especially because the townhome will have a yard. The leasing girl, Maddie & the manager answered every question we had and were very helpful.
The Cortesin has already been an amazing place to call home. I cannot wait until we see all of the amenities open. But it looks beautiful already and I’m enjoying every minute of being a resident.
