Situated on the outskirts of the San Jose area, Campbell retains a distinctly small-town environment while allowing convenient access to the bigger cities nearby. Downtown San Jose and the airport are less than 15 minutes away via I-880, and even San Francisco is only about an hour’s drive up I-280.
It would be easy to think of Campbell as just a commuter suburb, but in reality the city has tons of personality…the community loves to throw outdoor events throughout the year, ensuring that there is always something to do when you live in a Campbell apartment. The local parks provide excellent venues for outdoor fun and recreation, and if you really want to get out into nature there are thousands of acres of nature preserves just west of the city limits.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Commons
We were excited to tour this property given the price and location. Upon arrival, the agent over the phone was helpful. However, when we shared we wanted a 1 bedroom (stated in the online request), she became short with us and said they didn’t have any. We were willing to tour the 2 bedroom to get a basic idea but right upon entering, we were notified there actually was a 1 bedroom on site. We were directed to the wrong room and the agent was very short with me stating she had texted me all this information, which I wasn’t receiving. We were placed on hold for over 10 minutes while she worked to find the correct apartment. Finally, the agent came back on and asked how we liked the place… we reminded her she asked us to wait on hold and she snapped at me again stating she sent me multiple texts. I told her I wasn’t receiving anything and we had been waiting per her request. We finally were directed to the right location in a different building but by that time, we were really rubbed the wrong way. The tour ended up taking twice as long and we were given attitude by the agent which was very off putting, given these were mistakes happening from the agency’s end. Would suggest that more professionalism is employed for future potential residents.

I love this property. Even though there is no admin staff on site, they are very responsive and super accommodating. They’ve all been so so nice. Along with this being just a beautiful and quiet community, the maintenance men who are always walking around are so so friendly and so so helpful. Everyone I’ve met so far in this community has been so nice. I intend to stay here for a while. My neighbors are pretty awesome too.

This was the worst experience I've had as a future resident. We were really interested! The location and the property were ideal for my fiancee and our labradoodle. We scheduled a 1 pm appointment with them and called when we arrived a little early. The person we spoke to explained an email would come right at 1 pm with tour details and where to go. By 1:03 we called, as instructed (we both ended up calling separately) and sat on hold for 20 minutes. One woman named Asia hung up on me. The last CS rep said they had to try to get ahold of the leasing agents but 10 minutes longer on hold we had to get to our next viewing. Not one person in the leasing office and we never got an email or call back. Clearly they don't want our money.
