They do have a nice issue, eventually they gave us some traps and the property manager got rid of the one they caught but I didn’t get to see the issue fully resolved before we left. Very cheaply made and we never got to enjoy any ammenities (lived there 2021-2022). Maybe it is better now.
Mice, bugs, fairly poorly built. Never had a pool or dog park or any amenities I paid for available in entire year we lived there.

Hello – we had gotten a report from a resident stating they had mice in their unit, but when we had pest control come multiple times to set traps they found no sign of mice. We do apologize on the timeline of the amenities, we didn’t build this property and didn’t have control of those timelines because of that. I feel comfortable living here, my unit is great for me and the price is right. Many good interactions with management and will stay for some time!

My family moved in in May. Though there were some troubles at first, we absolutely love it here. The community is within walking distance to anything we need or want. The front office has been great to work with and very helpful during the above mentioned troubles. "HIGHLY" recommend..

These apartments are in a great area in Waukee. Close to restaurants and three grocery stores. Abby in the office has always been super helpful and communicates well. I'm in a three bedroom and there is a ton of storage space and a two car garage that actually fits both of our cars.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The property manager was super helpful through the leasing process, moving in, and any questions I have. She gets back to you right away! If I could give this place 1,000 stars, I would!! The property manager here goes above and beyond for all her residents! Any question I have for her, she always finds an answer. The townhome style apartment that I stay in is super roomy at a wonderful price. Can’t wait to spend forever here! ??

Moved in last October, and have no plans on moving. The grounds are extremely well kept, including snow removal in the winter months. Maintenance is very responsive, and I love that everything is so close by. A bike trail, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and more businesses moving into the area to make this a great place to check out. So many things less than 5 minutes away, yet in a nice quiet community. Just signed on for another year.

Was informed that the deposit was $350 then they took the deposit and added other fees such as a move in fee that was never disclosed. When I requested an update no one answers the phone. If you call the company numbers they just direct you back to the leasing agent who never answers. I was given 48hrs to sign a lease but they cannot even tell me what the fees are for. Highly disappointed as I currently rent from the same company and never had these issues. Best way to contact is email because they will not answer Update: got the fee removed and finally moved in. Place is trash. Super cheaply made. Outlets aren't centered so barely able to plug anything in. Exposed wires in the entery way. Ceiling in kitchen is already messed up due to bathtub being put in incorrectly which caused a leak. Power fuses consistently blow for bedroom and living room area and the trash bins are few and far between. Normally trash is overflowing. Also many scrapes already on walls when we moved in and scuff marks on bath tub along with walls. Floors are uneven throughout the first floor and hotter than hell in the bedrooms. Using 2 fans and still HOT. While downstairs feels like a freezer due to lack of ventilation upstairs. All vents upstairs are on the floor and vents downstairs are on the ceiling. They have a cut off on the ac so we are not able to adjust lower than 65°f which would be fine if some of the air would get upstairs. Will not renew lease and wish I could get out now as this place is not worth the rent charged...even for the location

Unfortunately, we only manage the property and didn't build it so we don't have control over the construction. Please feel free to submit a maintenance request and we would be happy to help fix the issues in your home. We pride ourselves on our customer experience and the high standards we maintain and we feel very bad that we didn't meet your expectations. Granted, none of my requests have been of super high importance but it generally takes about a month to hear back in my experience, I have some requests that have not been resolved yet that were submitted more than two months ago. I'm very disappointed with the way the amenities have been handled thus far. I'm coming up on my one year renewal and we still have none of the amenities that were promised to us when we moved in a year ago. There is no 24 hour gym access, there is no pool, and there is no dog park. There has also been very little to no communication about why these amenities are not available. On top of not having the amenities promised, they still raised the rent upon renewal. As of right now, I would not recommend this property.

Unfortunately, construction timelines were pushed back, therefore, pushing amenity opening dates back which is out of our control as we only manage the property. We try to communicate this information as much as possible via email to provide updates but we'll take your feedback into consideration. For a new construction, this place comes with a lot of maintenance issues. There is no maintenance onsite as promised on the website. You almost have to beg a few times for someone to resolve your issue. It takes more than 24-48 hours. They have an extremely poor management onsite. The manager in training shows frustration when dealing with residents concerns, issues, complaints. There is either no response or no follow up after a reported issue and if you dare to request an update, expect a very frustrated voice on the other side making you feel like you are the problem as if you have no right to request information. The staff is very friendly before you rent the place, after that you are on your own. You have to simply make peace that things will not get resolved, you will get blocked on emails or on messenger when you try to reach them or someone else when you’re issue is not being resolved. Expect a lot of friendliness upfront and a lot of frustration once you move in.
