My roommate and I have lived here for one year, and will both be moving out. Staff has been okay, not always the most helpful. Really only nice when showing other people properties. The price that you pay here is not worth it in my opinion. Security is barely around, alarms go off randomly at all hours (including while asleep), you can hear your neighbors walking and just making noise all day, and honestly the grounds weren’t really kept up that well. In the full year that we lived here they cleaned the carpets, once, which means the hallways smelled like dog pee for a year. Idk I just feel like for the luxury feel that you pay for here could be more worthwhile elsewhere. I will say though that the maintenance is on their stuff

We loved it but the bedrooms very tiny that was a deal breaker for us. You could only fit your bed and that's literally it. Forget your other items such as dresser night stands ect.

The place is beautiful except when you reach the bedrooms my husband and I where very disappointed room is very very small you can barely fit a bed much less a dresser if you got one. No idea what the architect was thinking when he put this together. Such a shame because everything was perfect till we saw the rooms. We rented elsewhere.
